Para una noche

El hotel estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto y pudimos pasar la noche ahí.

Era una habitación para 3 y no te preparan la cama de arriba (litera) ni sábanas, ni almohada.... Tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama de matrimonio con dos almohadas..... El baño es súper pequeño, literal si eres alto no te cogen las piernas.

Proximité avec l'aéroport de Paris Orly, le tram passant juste devant l'hôtel et surtout le personnel très accueillant

La ubicación próxima al aeropuerto de Orly , con el tranvía 7

La habitación muy pequeña, sin espacio para nada. Ni mesas de luz ni estantes para apoyar. En el baño tampoco hay percheros para las toallas. Hay un solo ascensor y muchas habitaciones en varios pisos, por lo tanto siempre hay que esperar por el ascensor!!! La señorita de recepción poco amable. Lo primero que me dijo fue si mi reserva era IBIS o IBIS BUDGET, entiendo que muchos se confundan, pero considero que no es forma de recibir al cliente. Luego, el impuesto municipal que me figura en la reserva era la mitad de lo que me cobraron. Al cuestionarlo , no siquiera miró mi teléfono, dónde mostraba la reserva, solo me dijo que ese era un impuesto de Booking ( no es cierto), qué había mucha gente, y que si no pagaba no entraba a la habitación, ya pagada hace varios meses. Creo que debería haberse tomado el tiempo y la amabilidad de explicar el tema. A las 9,30 del día del check out, golpearon la puerta para limpiar, siendo que el horario de salida es a hasta las 11. Al salir ví como la persona de limpieza pasaba una toalla por debajo de la cama de otra habitación. No lo recomiendo

Personnel peu sympathique, chambre vraiment étroite pour 3 personnes, pas d’insonorisation on entend les voitures comme si la fenêtre de la chambre est ouverte, ne parlons pas des couloirs… Si vous voulez être tranquille la nuit ne choisissez pas cet hôtel..

The location was well connected to local transport

No WiFi in room. Room was too small for 3 people! It’s budget but extreme. Check in staff was rude and very unaccommodating. Facilities in room was very basic. One room, the blinds was broken, the other room the shower was broken as was the mattress.

the room was small, the staff were great spoke english which made it easier to communicate. always stay here because it is great value for money and the staff are friendly.

Location of the hotel is superb. Paid & covered parking available. Tram station is 250m away and you can reach nearest metro station easily in 5 min. Breakfast is included and they have separate hall altogther where they serve breakfast. Rooms are clean and tidy & everyday staff will make up your room which is nice.

Wifi is available but one can hardly get any range. You can only use wifi at the lobby but in room you'll not get any signal. If someone is travelling for work then better avoid stying here. I think it was costly since I booked 2 rooms but you can better check before booking.

Would not stay again and it is expensive for what the room/hotel offers.

The beds are comfortable.

Room too small and shower facilities not great. Staff not helpful with information as a simple question asked about restaurants and the answer was there is a Burger King on the corner.

NOUS SERONS DE RETOUR!!!!!

The staff were very accommodating and were very helpful. Especially the cleaner we saw every morning. We are so very grateful for him. Smiling all the time and just a chatty chappy despite a very tough language barrier. The breakfast option was perfect for us and coffee... everything about this place was perfect for me and my new fiancée!!!

There wasnt anything at all we didn't like. The shower head could have been a bit more movable but everything else was bang on.

Location of the hotel near metro, shopping centre and fast food.

Noise from other rooms when somebody close doors. Missing Brush for cleaning toilet.

Hotel Ok, great location

The hotel is very close to Orly airport, which was perfect since we had a very early flight.

The shower door from our room did not close properly what made The floor very wet. When one was having a shower, the other had to stay outside holding the door closed.

Good enough for a short stay. Its a budget hotel so not much to expect.

We were received well by the reception. Breakfast was okay as expected for budget, staff friendly. Clean room & beds. Hot shower and fairly comfortable beds. Easy to reach by tram, a Burger King and supermarket in short walking distance :-)

Wifi reception & speed was terrible, we had a room at the end of the building so probably bad reception. Just one pillow each person, the bunk bed wasn't made for us when we arrived so we did that ourselves.
