Lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación, en pleno centro histórico y encuentras todo a la mano, las personas del lugar muy amables.
El internet no era el mejor y apesar de reservar una suite no tenía una buena vista.

The Location, on the end of the street from the Gold Museum, Next to Juan Valdez(Breakfast Spot) and you can walk through the Plaza to the end of the streets leading to Candelaria!
Towels Clean but could have been cleaner, whiter. Some of them were not soft.

Not much really
Location was in kind of a sketchy area - close to the sightseeing but i still would just choose something further away and take an uber. Room was too cold and i couldnt find anywhere to turn up heat. Shower was horrible but at least it had warm water (although volatile temperature). Bed cover was annoying. Toilet seat would fall down when lifted. General apperance no bueno.

I loved the entire space.
The shower door, it’s almost broken for this suite.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The central location in Candelaria is ideal for exploring Bogota, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a definite advantage. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable for the amenities provided.
Unfortunately, the hotel has several areas needing improvement. The room was consistently cold, and noise from the street was an issue. I also found that many things in the hotel were broken, including the toilet bowl, which was a major inconvenience. While the kitchen was well equipped, the lack of basic supplies like salt and pepper was noticeable, though not a deal-breaker. Improvements in these areas could significantly enhance the overall experience. No hair dryer!

Staff was extremely helpful and could be reached by phone or WhatsApp. They were always willing to help. the cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room each day and it is a fun location with groceries, pharmacies and many restaurants within walking distance. Huge bonus, you walk out of the building and look up, there is Monserrat.
The room does not have AC or a fan but it gets pretty cool at night so just open the windows and let in the cool night air. The area isn't great for solo travelers at night but I felt 100% safe at the day and in the hotel.

A very clean place. An efficient use of the space. Comfortable beds.
The place was very cold, no heat.

location is excellent. People walking outside at night so felt more safe than some other areas close by.
room had no exterior view. shades are shut in photos for that reason. bed was very small, thankfully I am one person.

Location, the whole apartment, the bed quality, the design, security and everything else.
It was too cold (temperature), no heating option and it should be.

The apartment was large and had kitchen facilities. Check-in was quick.
I arrived alone after dark as a nearby hotel had cancelled my booking at short notice. The rest of my group was still staying in the other hotel so I was a 62-year-old woman staying in this hotel alone. We were all advised not to go out after dark in this particular area as it was not deemed safe. When I arrived at the hotel, around 8 police officers were outside the door dealing with a disturbance. There were security guards inside the lobby. The hotel has guests who appear to live there long term and I found some of them quite intimidating. The corridors are long, dark, and empty so were quite frightening. The apartment itself had no form of heating whatsoever so the temperature was around 17-18 degrees C. I was cold the whole time. The door lock was flimsy and I felt the need to place furniture behind the door. I was actually quite worried about my security for the duration of my stay.

The male at the desk was rude and attempted to make it hard to register. The female manager came in and got things straight, thanks for her!
No view!

The property is in a great location and the apartment suite we stayed in was massive with so much space. The bed was comfortable and had lots of choice of blankets. The staff were very accommodating and let us check in early which we really appreciated. They also let us store our luggage the day we left. We needed batteries to weigh our luggage and the manager bought some for us and brought them to our room! excellent service. The property is also safe and secure.
Water could be hotter as Bogotá is not as warm as the rest of the country
