Location was good

Breakfast has very limited options like eggs or fruit salad, Doesn't have air conditioner, somedays were very hot during the day and very cold at night. All the socket were in US design only. The Safe was blocked and couldn't use it. The reservation was for 1 person however the room i got was with three separate beds, even when joining 2 beds together to be a size of queen bed size, the room service separates them again. I had to pay extra taxes on the check-in above the value determined on the booking. And i couldnot cancel the reservation because it was guaranteed with my credit card.

As always, a great place to stay near Corferias convention center.

Always a favorite for us, it has great location, good breakfast, the room is big, comfortable and spacious. Staff is nice and very helpful.

In this time we only got 1 towel for the bathroom (for 2 people in the reservation). A very minor problem, easily fixable, otherwise it was perfect.

Incredible location

The room was excellent and the location was incredible. It's literally the closest place to stay to both convention centers. Also the staff was very kind and there was a tasty breakfast!

Exceptional

Staff went above and beyond to assist, room was very comfortable, safe area, hot showers, good internet! For the price I was quite impressed with the rooms and the service! Gym and free breakfast is a nice addition.

rarely unpleasant staff.

if you go for exhibition, it is just next to Corferias, excellent position. and good bed in the room.

there is practically no breakfast, they call it "buffet", but it is not. very unpleasant staff is giving you a little bit of some food, of lousy quality and choice, upon their "good will". something incredible and very disgusting, I never met traveling all the time! so don't count on breakfast. attention on their "exchange" rate, if you pay buy credit card, in € or $. they increased price what booking gave to me for more then 10% !!! so if you are not "picker" to give some money more then they said previously, and if you don't need breakfast, good luck!

Great hotel to stay close to important buildings in the city.

Always a favorite for our stays in the area, the hotel is in a great location (right in front of Corferias convention center). Good price, clean and with great service from the staff.

This time we had only one towel in the bathroom, but it was a really minor issue
