Amazing view of the Mount Fuji!! Beds are comfortable, breakfast was a good spread. Really nice to be able to go to Fujiyama Onsen free of charge. Just next to Fuji Q Highland which we got day passes at discounted rates.

Beautiful location. Nice restaurants. We had the most amazing view of Mt Fuji from our room every day. The onsen was amazing.
Very quiet in the evening. No where apart from restaurant to sit and ha e a coffee or a beer.

Great view from the the window right on the Mountain Fuji
Exceptional Italian lunch in the Macaroni Club
The cost for the stay is a bit overpriced

Onsen was nice and spacious with different types of pools. Entry system was a bit confusing but staff directed us which way to walk and exit. Staff at restaurants so gracious and helpful.
Didn't think the Terrace buffet for dinner was worth the price. Buffet breakfast was very good though.
Asked for directions to Arakurayama Park, unclear communication, ended up on wrong bus and didn't make it to park.
Asked if we could buy fast pass tickets to rides at hotel, were given free entry tickets. So it seems the hotel does not sell these, you need to buy them day of at the park. To be fair this was a picky question and we didn't end up needing fast pass tickets because it was not busy or crowded.

Beautiful and big onsen. The room view to Mount Fuji is completely spectacular. Located next to a Fuji Q highland with lots of roller coasters. Super fun park. Also, the hotel offers a free shuttle to different destinations around the area included lake Kawaguchiko.
all ok

The onsen on the property was nice. Rooms were very well appointed and the service at breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. Easy launch pad to the Mt Fuji area.
Nothing.

Clean, comfortable, great onsen!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room beautifully merged 'Japandi' aesthetics, a blend of Japanese and Western styles. This is, by far, my favorite hotel in Japan. Although the staff didn't speak English, their efforts to assist were commendable and appreciated. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The Onsen attached to the hotel is the best I experienced during my entire trip in Japan. The view of Mt. Fuji on my last day from the window was unforgettable. I will definitely return
The location is ideal if you have a car, as it reduces reliance on shuttles, trains, or buses.

This place is amazing it was connected to a onsen and it was amazing the amusement park was just around the corner and it was so fun to go to a little expensive but it was so worth it the rooms was amazing I have a vey of mt fuji and I had the clearest view of it defiantly will be back on my next visit.

Best value for money as it was so well priced considering what you get. What you get is a five star hotel in an exceptional landscape and the price so low compared to something in the city centre of Tokyo
Everything. The view is out of this world. They have a steam room shower and a massage chair in the room. The bed massive and comfortable and the whole hotel and facility’s are top level

Breakfast buffet and the view
I had to make the beds for my family on arrival. At the high price and standard of this hotel I was surprised guests had to do it themselves. We paid for breakfast to be included but were charged extra for our 3 children and told they're not included which was not indicated anywhere when booking.

Right next to Fuji-Q Park. Convenient for staying the whole day and night at the park. Also, you get 15 minutes' priority into the park before the public. They also provide a free shuttle to tour the Fujiyoshida area. And they have Fujiyama onsen that is right next to the hotel. Small fee for that to be included with your stay. Great for the whole family!

We liked the room #352 that we stayed in. Breakfast buffet was very good.
We didn’t like the initial room on 2nd floor that was assigned to which looked nothing like the picture; however the hotel staff was very helpful in finding us a new room that met our expectations.

Staff, breakfast, the view from our window of Mt Fuji and facilities including free use of the onsen.
Highly recommended!

The room right faced the Fuji mountain. The view is fabulous. The room almost includes everything, the spa, the breakfast and access to the park and museum, and the bus stop. The best choice ever.

Views from my room was amazing. I stayed here 3 nights and 2 of the days Mt Fuji was not visible at all but it was nice to be able to check from my window. The room is big and spacious and the staff were very helpful. The staff members went out of their way to organise private transport for me and gave me suggestions on where to visit. The hotel has a really nice spa and onsen facility. I caught the bus from Tokyo and the bus stop was right outside the hotel. I got to the hotel early (around 11am) and surprisingly they had the room ready for me and let me check in early. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the town as well.
Overall it was a nice stay but the location is a bit far from everything else. The shuttle bus to the town ends early so if you are having dinner in town then its hard to get back to the hotel. I had to wait for taxi every night. The room I stayed at was a a bit dusty and you could tell that it had not been used for a while.
