Habitaciones acogedoras y aunque pequeñas bien aprovechadas.

Amazing location! Steps from the main square.
Very small room. Can hear other guests and unfortunately the people next to us were very loud talkers at 6AM. So if you stay here have respect for the other guests.

Decent location.
Getting the room code requires you to have internet access (hard if you don't have data). This was the most uncomfortable bed we had ever slept on in a hotel. Room was run down, sink was falling apart.

Location and quiet
Two leaks in upstairs room during rainstorm. Left note for landlord.
4.2
Cute and comfortable. Very central to old town - easy access to sites, restaurants, shops.
Super helpful staff. Quiet and private.
All if sintra is hilly, and my flat was up narrow, steep stairs. Was ok for me but awkward for luggage.

Lovely homely feel to the apartment, perfect location and very good value for money.

Very good location
No free parking

Great apartments, close to city center with all needed equipment at kitchen and dining table to feel yourself comfortable at any day of the week when you do not want to go for dinner or breakfast somewhere outside!
Cleaning service and towel change provided as well every third day of the stay.
You should be silent after 22:30 in Sintra, but not all persons do it, so as apartments have several flats at same building, then noisy neighbors can trouble your sleep as it is possible to hear all steps from second floor... :-(

Great location,
Big rooms and a nice living room
Everything was clean & tidy.
Easy check in and check out
The locks are not easy to open. On the other hand it made me feel safe ;-)

Location, size
No hooks for towels in the bathrooms, a full body height mirror would’ve useful and instructions on how to use the stove - everything else was excellent.
4.2
Excellent location, clean apartment with comfortable beds and beautiful view. It's the second time we stay here and we will definitely return again!

Great location and very nice apartment.

All was great, the apartment was comfortable, had a nice view, was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, each room has its own bathroom. The location is very good, close to the train station and centre of Sintra + the Palace. The apartment was equipped with a fire extinguisher and we got some 'welcome pack's with water/tea/coffee. Check-in was easy. i definitely recommend this place to families/groups of friends.
A clean kitchen sponge for new guests would be nice to have. Also it would be helpful to have the terrace table and chairs wiped down or some equipment to do this should be provided. But these are some minor inconveniences.

Great location in center of Sintra.
Construction noise from a renovation outside the bedroom window. The only key provided at check in did not open the bottom door leaving us stranded in the cold for 20 minutes. Be sure you have both keys when you first arrive or you will have to wait until someone drives over from another part of town to rescue you. All of the English instructions read like they were translated by someone with no knowledge of proper English and in many cases were unintelligible. For example, one email read "with good collection" rather than "upon confirmation of payment.". The staff member who responded to the key issue blamed us for not creating the fine print in the voluminous check in instructions which mention "keys" rather than the "key" we actually received. The dishwasher was full of someone else's dishes. The light in the main room was broken or had a burnt out bulb. The door to the bedroom was broken with the doorknob almost hanging loose. It kept popping open once we figured out how to shut it. The staff told us it would take longer to fix than our three day stay. This is a marginally maintained property and whoever is in charge of maintenance and housekeeping was asleep at the switch.

Absolutely Nothing
Wet and mouldy walls , smell of wet and mould in apartment. Apartment has no window and no sun shine comes into property, which causes wet and mould. Property is very difficult to find as many houses around have them same name. No parking for me as a handicapped and 22 stairs to reach the apartment. An absolutely no go for everyone as the mould can causes serious health problems. Host unfriendly

The apartment is walking distance to most of the attraction sites in Sintra. The host is very friendly and helpful. Before arriving to the apartment we were sent location and also a video on where to find the key and how to use the key lock. The host is always available if any help is needed. The apartment itself is very unique and feels like a cosy home. The 2 bedroom apartment has heating / Ac in every room, there’s a beautiful terrace and the view from the windows is exceptional.
In the one bedroom apartment with 2 single beds, there was a strong smell of cleaning products which was a little bit irritating and the only heater they have is a small portable one, also the Wi-Fi is a slow. In the 2 bedroom apartment everything was pretty much perfect however we struggled a little with water pressure when showering. If someone is in the other bathroom showering your water pressure is less we also experienced cold water on our last day. As we were already leaving we didn’t tell the host however I’m sure if this problem was brought up they would have fixed it right away. Also the coffee/tea/ sugar they provide is little.

Very damp. Noisy. Uncomfortable bed and couch. Weak wifi. No soap in the bathroom.

Convenient location, nice patio area
Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Only accessible via WhatsApp before 6pm, which is fine, but when I called upon arrival (before 6pm) bc the address provided via Booking.com was not the address where I was staying, staff was unnecessarily hostile. Room was poorly lit, bed and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable, multiple air fresheners around the apartment were so pungent that I had to put them in a cabinet and air the place out. Easily the worst place I stayed in Portugal. It’s a budget accommodation, so I didn’t have high expectations, but it was worse than expected.

Was close to main center.
First night, room was cold (16C at 7pm and knowing it would only continue to cool off throughout the night) so contacted management that the space heater was not working properly. It would run for seconds and stay off for several minutes before repeating that cycle.
Management's solution was to use the 2 thin blankets to keep warm. Totally unacceptable! Actual message is attached.
After informing them I would leave an honest feedback, they sent a new heater. No apology for the inconvenience, but rather a rude individual telling me that is a normal house temperature in Portugal.
Shower caulking moldy and leaked water on floor.
Kitchen sink drain is almost completely blocked and barely drains.
Bare minimum kitchen dishes/utensils. Poor options.
They have multiple rooms so ratings are not reflective on specific rooms. Ours was a nightmare!

Spacious house in the centre of Sintra. The 3 bedrooms were large as was the kitchen which was almost fully equipped. The living room is small though, but wifi was good.
Bathrooms okay, except for ventilation.
Only when given the access code it becomes clear that they rent out several houses in Sintra at different adresses.
This house on the Rua Pendoa 12 is on the first floor above 2 restaurants and ajicent ot a hotel. From 9 in the morning up until 23:00 in the evening the chimney's of the kitchens make a hell of a noise and throw food and oil smell around. Couldn't open windows.
ndles around but no matches and an empty gas lighter. Part of the Stove broken off so you couldn't use all fire pits. Doors not being able to close or to open fully, emergency lamp in the hallway broken etc.
Next to that, they offer wood but there is no fire place to heat the house. And that was promised in the add and also shown on pictures that there would be a fireplace..

This was our second stay at this property, for two weeks this time. We love the location, the kitchen facilities and the beautiful decor. The price is reasonable for a central Sintra location and the outdoor space is beautiful and peaceful. There was a problem with the gas boiler and it was fixed immediately.
As we were in the property for longer this time, there were regular cleaning days scheduled. On the first of these dates she arrived 15 minutes early and proceeded to finish washing the dishes for us, even though I had already started doing them myself.
Later that day we received a complaint from the management that the cleaner had to do our dishes!! I never asked her to! And also that she had to move our things off the floor to clean it. I assumed she meant the bags of Christmas decorations we had brought. There was no where to put them, they were tidy, but on the living room floor. We were told we would have to pay a fine of €25 of she had to do the dishes or move our bags again!! So I declined the offer to have her back, and I asked for a broom!
