Preço qualidade não corresponde

Quarto com bastante humidade Isolamento péssimo, ouvia-se quem passava nos corredores inclusive quem estava hospedado no quarto no andar superior, referiam que tinham estacionamento e o estacionamento que tinham era só para dois carros, tendo que estacionar nas proximidades do mesmo e na rua, referiam também que tinham pequeno almoço e não tinham.

If you want cheap accommodation it does the job

Spacey suite, microwave in room

There is a strong smell of dampness all the time everywhere in the suite. Loose door handle on the bathroom door that could cause someone to get stuck there. The main light in the living room stopped working and when mentioned to staff they have said they will report it but nothing was done during our stay. No balcony just a shared terrace although it mentions a balcony when booking Stained sheets Being bitten by mosquitoes because of plants outside of window where they gathered and entered if we opened it. Hearing the mosquito singing all night was probably the worst night I've had there. Opening the curtains provides a clear view inside the suite as it faces the house and everyone comes and goes through the door outside the suite. Very old and feels like it has been unused for a long time. There is a bolted door with an opening at the top that leads (?)downstairs. The gap means there's cold air coming through it looked a bit creepy as if someone could bust into your room through the door. Luckily it was warm when we went so we didn't experience what it might be like in winter.

Ottima la posizione, si raggiungono facilmente i castelli anche a piedi con una camminata di mezz'ora. Pulizia ottima e la stanza all'ultimo piano molto carina. Ottima anche la presenza di un phon vero e non da viaggio. Bagno carino e ben pulito, ottimo anche il bagnoschiuma presente.

La reception sia all'arrivo che al mattino era assente. All'arrivo poi dopo aver chiesto si è presentata. Al mattino invece nessuno, abbiamo dovuto chiamare anche se l'orario era già quello in cui doveva essere aperta. Non è un problema non esserci, però allora giusto spiegare quale sia la modalità di check out dalla stanza.

Nice place to stay if you're visiting Sintra

Lovely staff that not only welcomed us but also gave us some nice tips of places to eat. Being 2 km from the historical city centre of Sintra at this price is an absolute find. It is actually doable to walk from the hotel to the main attractions if you're used to walking. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood we enjoyed a nice sleep and got easy access to Sintra for a day visit.

A few things were not perfect but tolerable but i'll still mention them. The mattresses were not very comfortable, being very soft you get that sensation of rolling into the middle and wake up not feeling fully rested. Being in the middle of a neighbourhood also means no parking, it felt safe to leave it just around the corner but it's worth being aware.

Very good

The hotel is in a great location to move around the area and park and very good value for its price.

The owners are lovely and really helpful although I can’t say the same about the cleaning ladies who were not too nice and very loud since early in the morning. But this last inconvenience is not relevant in comparison with the pros of the hotel. I still recommend it!

too expensive for the services

Location is good, accessible from anywhere. The room was clean, however was smelling bad, like nobody opened any windows in ages.

The facilities are mentioning parking, but it’s your responsibility to park on the street, there is no parking at the guest house. The family room is mentioning 2 sofa beds, there is only one. The gentleman at the reception assured us that we have breakfast included, he showed us where the breakfast area is and what time, but in the morning nobody was there and nothing set up. We called and send messages on the number mentioned to be contacted, nobody answered. In the end we found one maid that didn’t know what’s going on, but tried to help, she said that breakfast is not served in the facilities, but in another location, she didn’t know where it is, or what’s the name of the location. We ended up leaving with the kids to eat somewhere else.

Good and quit place with very big rooms and friendly staff.

Very big room and bathroom. They do not serve breakfast in this place, but very is a good bakery and coffeeshop around the corner. Overall I was happy.

I couldn't check-in before 3pm. I would have wished to do so. It is a bit far to walk to the center of Sintra.

Good value for the money. Good location. Reception was lovely and the staff were really ncie.

The location was very convenient. Quite area. Room was Spacious.

The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. There is no kettle. No fridge. No equipments.

Bit far away from the centre of Sintra and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut so it rattled all night.

There's no hairdryer in both our room & our friends' room. Although after we contacted the host, we only wait for about 10 minutes to get the hairdryer, that would more make sense to have one in the room always.

Superb

The room was rather big and 5 people (2 kids) fit there quiet well

It is rather far from the city center, not really easy to have a walk (30 minutes) at least, very view places nearby to eat, parking if for additional cost

Passable

The Hotel itself was nice, and had a presentable reception room. The bedroom was nicely furnished.

My room was rather dark, the bathroom window was broken and taped in order to hold together. Both rooms (bathroom and bedroom) were accompanied by unpleasant smell.

Great with few things that could improve

The bed was very comfortable, good shower, clean.

There are no staff at the reception, feels like arriving at a horror movie, really smells mold everywhere from reception to the rooms. At the room had microwave but no plates or cutlery, had to go down to get things, and there was no bin.

Very nice good restaurants around it quiet and easy access to Lisbon and Sintra

Amazing location and friendly staff. Room was cleaned everyday and amazing views of the Sintra mountain Pena Palace and the castle booth during the day and at night. Very quiet room nice varanda.

Didn’t like that the room had carpet. Tile flooring would of been more desirable as the carpet was old and walked on with outdoor shoes tile flooring is much cleaner

A nice place where to stay!

A really nice house out of Sintra city center. I like our room, spacious with big bathroom. There was a nice terrace. Also we had no problem to park our car. A big compliment to a guy who worked on that day in reception- we arrived quite late and were so tired, but he was so heartwarming that it really made our day! There were quite many lovely restaurants and cafes nearby.

At the first place the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy, but it was actually a nice quiet area.
