Great location with a helpful staff. Laundry services a plus.

Directly across from station that aided not only with ease of travel but provided shopping and eating opportunities.

Small rooms so had to get two rooms for our family of four.

Great Hotel, Brilliant Location

The hotel is in a fantastic location; literally across the road from the station. The rooms were a good size for a couple or solo traveller. Facilities were clean and well looked after

The room only had plug sockets, not USB ports like in the other hotels I stayed in japan. I called reception and they were able to lend me a charger, which was hugely helpful

Locatie

Geen thee/koffie suiker melk op de kamer, alltijd naar de receptie met een bonnetje om daar koffie te halen. (Van 10naar 3 hoog). In de nacht niemand aanwezig. Ontbijt ruimte erg klein en karig Europees ontbijt

A location, it's just the right at Kyoto station!

the size of the room. I know it has all the necessary iquipment, but I wish the room could be another a half square metres bigger.

Location was superb. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a hotel with a good location and value for money.

Location was superb. Less than 5mins walk from Kyoto station, you could literally see the hotel after alighting at the Shinkansen platform.

Hotel didn’t provide water for us.

Good value for money, I'd definitely stay here again!

The location was unbeatable, with 7/11 around the corner and the station across the street. In the evenings, it was really quiet, too. Also, the checkout was really easy, as expected with Ibis, and I could leave my luggage there for the day, before leaving the city.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Also, the room is quite small, so you can't keep a suitcase open anywhere. You have to fully unpack.

接客もよかったロケーションは超よかった新幹線にも市内のバスにも利用はしていないがMKタクシーの乗り場も同じ建物にあったので心強かった

施設設備の面で部屋の照明が私には暗かったテレビの画面も暗くて見づらかった、せっかく日本シリーズがあっていたのに残念でした。調整を試みましたができない仕様のようでした

Best location, good facilities

Best location, right in front of Kyoto station so transport is easy but there’re also lots of restaurants and shops in the station. Many buses depart around Kyoto station too so it’s very convenient. Laundry facilities were handy and easy to operate, and the vending machines there were also good when I didn’t feel like ducking out to the grocery store. The buffet breakfast was decent, not a lot of vegetarian options but I enjoyed the rice porridge with vegetables and pickles.

quite great

central location was exceptional, just a crosswalk across Kyoto Station which can be used for majority of the transportation. staff was kind in trying to assist us with some wifi issues we faced, very good value for money and relatively spacious room

the room was quite very dusty causing some allergies, bed might be quite very soft for some people though that is a personal preference, wifi had connectivity issues in the last two days which caused us to be unable to use wifi, otherwise very nice
