o cafe da manhã esteve ótimo, muita variedade. Gostamos do ambiente limpo. Gostamos da boa atenção pra o estrangeiro. Gostamos a boa comunicação entre booking e a recepção, não tivemos inconveniente com a reserva ao.

Gostei da localização. O quarto pequeno, porém aconchegante, silencioso, cama macia Bom café da manhã.

Not the best for the money you pay... too many cons!

Rather a good location considering the vicinity of the hotel to A. Joaquim Tàvora full of bars and restaurants. I liked the Solarium on the top floor: Quite a spacious area where you can relax.

Unfortunately I found the wifi system really slow and also the size of the bed quite small. The bathroom is really tiny and the fridge was quite noisy. Obviously no double glazing on the window so lots of noise coming from outside although it is not a main road. No lift in the building. Also what is really annoying is the check out time: 11.00 is ridicoulous.

facilities and breakfast were great.

firstly, the staff told us that booking hasn’t sent our reservation to them, even though we got the confirmation from Booking. Luckily, they had a room for us. Our card to open the card never worked, every time we had to go to the reception to validate it.

A nice location in SP

The breakfast was good and the room is comfortable. The location is fantastic.

There isn't an elevator and they forgot to clean our room one day.

None of the staff could speak English. I also suggest that more information to guests on food, restaurants and safety be provided. And in English

it was clean, the staff was very helpful, the allowed me to leave my luggage prior to checkin hour, they kindly left my bags in the room, so when I came back, my stuff were already in the room. the same applied when I had to switch rooms, due to a late time emergency booking. breakfast was ok.

size of everything was small. small bathroom, water spilled everywhere in the lavatory, small dining room, was a bit annoying having to surf through tables and people packed together in order to pick something for breakfast. the isolation of the rooms was not very good so I was able to listen to noisy passengers walking up the stairs at late hours. no elevators (that I could see), that would mean not very disabled-friendly.
