The hotel is situated near a subway station. The breakfast was very good and the service was very kind.

The bad smell and the toillets in the reception room must be improved.

There are many better areas and better hotels at this price

The location is in a shabby part of the city - does not feel safe at night

We'd argue around 8.5 is an appropriate rating. 9+ only if following items are improved: - Average breakfast. - Wifi stops the moment you check out. Takes effort at the reception to re-activate. (Why??) - Pool area was a bit degraded. - What ever you touch from the welcome package in your room, you have to pay for. Hence not only the mini bar, but everything that looks like "given" to you... quite unclear.

Loved it!

The rooms were large, and the shower was fully enclosed, so no water was leaking out. The washroom also had a bidet situation which was nice. The staff was lovely. They were super helpful with restaurant recommendations, how to get around, and how to stay safe. They have good security at night. Great location, there was a small pharmacy and quite a few spots to eat nearby. Its also nearby the japanese area. The pool was also nice, overall an amazing stay, and would absolutely come again.

You should speak some Portuguese or spanish (which we do) to help you out 😊 Please do not go to a new country and be upset that they do not speak YOUR language. You are in a new country, take some time to learn a few common phrases. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you to the staff!

Great value for the money.

Nice, not new but clean and spacious, good location, excellent parking in the basement

Nothing relevant to mention. Only remark is that I didn’t realize that breakfast was not included in my booking and the the price for that was on the high side (R$48,00/person)

Noble but old

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was large. Bathroom was large with hot water. AC worked well.

WiFi was spotty. Electric outlets were not convenient. Hotel is dated.

I like the place, the hotel and the staff!

The Hotel , how people received us, the room, the breakfast, all where really good. Unfortunately, we did not use the swimming pool, cause the weather was cold, but the area is lovely. The attention at the restaurant for the breakfast, was really good.

The air conditioner, was a bit noisy, and the noise from other rooms could be heard.

Generally very pleasant other than the internet issues

Location very good, staff friendly, nice pool, breakfast fine, room was very comfortable

Big issue was the internet on the 8th floor, very erratic, got quite frustrating how it kept dropping, review would have been much higher if it wasn’t for this. Late checkout not possible either, but this was not a huge problem

That location is safe and directly on the metro. Rooms are clean and great value for money. If you compare it with 4 star hotel in Rio, it is better.

Bathroom wasn't clean.

The hotel is quite close to the subway station, only 2 minutes walking.

The room wasn't that clean when we entered our room, especially the bathroom. A disgusting experience.
