Nice place though too expensive compared to the quality and cleaningness

The beds are very confortable and the place is nice and well located.

The rooms are not very clean and they are very dark. The restaurant was really disappointing especially the breakfast which we did not like. Lots of flies in the restaurant and sticky tables.

Lage zentral aber nicht idyllisch. Betten und schlafen sehr gut. Nicht sehr sauber. Vor allem Restaurant war es klebrig.

Die Betten waren sehr gut!

Leider war der Boden nicht sauber und im Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen. Frühstück war erst nach Beschwerde gut.

Kommen gerne wieder

Heimeliges Hotel, passend zum Klima in Nuwara Eliya. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück im hauseigenen Restaurant. Auch die Mahlzeiten a La Carte sind sehr lecker! Indische Gerichte sehr zu empfehlen.

A different type of stay for a Nice and cozy sleep

The wooden structure and the look is fascinating. Bathroom is Madi out of stones. Only main bed is Cozy

Breakfast is not buffet. They do not ask for allergies before preparing food. I could not drink juice because it was only papaya and mango. Gave only one water bottle when we enter for 4 people. But when we leave they gave 2, may be they forgot to give it before. Food is bit expensive

Ruime cottage. Tov rest van Sri Lanka heel goed qua extra handdoeken en zelfs badjas en slippers voorzien. Verwarming erbij voor regenachtige koudere middagen. Restaurant had een goed ontbijt, ook gewaardeerd door de kinderen. Menu kaart voor lunch en diner ook uitgebreid en erg lekker. Manager van restaurant zeer correct en super vriendelijk.

Le confort des chambres et de la literie: exceptionnel ! + la déco tout en bois : très beau et très agréable. Le personnel aussi très à l'écoute. Tout était très bien !

Enjoyed it very well

Location is excellent staff is very courteous. Rooms are clean and overall stay was pleasant.

Needs to improve on the food choices in in a restaurant, the dish we order did not look anything on the picture on the menu

Very lovely log cottage, having the bath was a delight. They also have a pool table free to use 👌 Could do with a bit of tlc in some places but none the less lovely stay.

The breakfast was delicious, there were Srilankan dishes as well as western dishes, and the staff Mr Fahaz was very friendly and very attentive. The place was very calm and pleasant. Recommended for couples, friends and family too

Staff was really helpful. Special thank to Fahaz and Hazan. Conveniently located near the Nuwaraeliya town made it easy to travel.

Food in the restaurant was quite expensive. Need to fix the Wifi.

Comfortable family friendly stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a set menu typical Sri Lankan type, delicious but my kids expected American breakfast. Location is at the heart of the town, very convenient to reach outside activities.

You need to fix an efficient exhaust for the bathroom.

Clean, spacious cozy rooms. Right in the middle of Nuwara Eliya town. Very polite and helpful staff. We had breakfast, and it was servers as a buffet. Food was tasty and had several varieties.

staffs are kind. the hotel is located in the center of the town, you can walk to a food court, supermarket within 10-15 mins. Good value. hospitality is good.

A little bit cold, but this should be applicable to all other hotels in Nuwara Eliya. Wifi was weak depending on areas.

An amazing place with top notch staff

All in all a great place with amazing rooms and a crew that is as good as it gets. To be honest I have no idea how they average a 8.5, when it should be atleast a 9.5. Hadique, Fahaz and Hassan are great at their job and give you a great experience there. We booked it again after our first stay and highly recommend this place!

Great stay in the cute wooden cottages. Must visit.

Quaint little wood cottage at the best location right at the heart of the town. The staff though is really nice and gave us very good breakfast and overall took good care.

The doors all being wooden were not closing properly mainly due to the rain effect. The heater was also not very effective and it was very cold so slightly uncomfortable.
