Well appointed and nicely decorated. It was clean and had everything that you may hope and want with regards to supplies and toiletries. The little welcome gift was a very nice touch and unexpected!
This is right on the golf course (2nd hole) and you will see the golfers try to make it up the hill. The little touches in this house didn't go unnoticed. The rear porch was painted so nicely and had ferns etc. Very inviting.
You can walk to the clubhouse in 3 minutes or so. We were there for a family member's wedding so that was very convenient. It was nice to be on the bottom floor too -- easy to get in and get out. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were spotless. All in all, a very nice stay for my wife and I and 2 young daughters. Especially if you are there for an event at the clubhouse, I would strongly recommend this condo!

Trillium Condo
We were so thrilled with our rental of this property. The owner was most cooperative and helpful during our entire stay. We were snowed in and had to extend our reservation for an extra night, and our host was extremely helpful. Also, there was coffee and wine waiting for us at check in- a thoughtful touch.
The property itself is very well decorated and appointed. There were two couples staying for this visit, and the condo was very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace which had plenty of wood available, and even were able to enjoy coffee on the beautiful back porch one of our days. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and condiments as well as plenty of dishes, cookware and small appliances. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t available.
We have stayed in the Cashiers/Highlands area many times, and this was one of our top experiences. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

Unclean condo
The comforter in the smaller room was not clean looking and had a stain on it...it also looked like it had been used and slept on...when I had to remove the sheets when I left, I saw some massive two to three foot wide brown stain that was disgusting....it left me thinking "why would a responsible owner not buy a new mattress cover"....I was certainly grossed out since it was so big and brown...I also checked the sink drain and it had dried food in it and on it...that was disgusting as well....I was surprised because this place had good reviews and it definitely felt like it had not been cleaned at all....the owner should have replaced the mattress cover and should be checking on their maid service!!! Staying at this place made me never want to stay in someone's condo ever again!!!...BEWARE!!!!

Dirty comforter, and extremely dirty mattress cover which was disgusting…I wouldn’t have seen it had I not had to remove the sheets…also sink drain was dirty when we arrived…I guess maids do not do a good job…definitely the owner should replace the mattress cover which was very stained…

Great fall getaway!
Sweet little home in a beautiful community. Enjoyed walking the dogs around the neighborhood. The fall color was gorgeous! We usually stay a lot closer to Highlands but this was a nice change to do more hikes by Cashiers.
We did not pay the extra to use the amenities in Trillium but I can see if you were a golfer it would be such an amazing place to stay. The house was super clean & had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the back porch in the rockers. Loved making a fire at night. The lake across the street is gorgeous and it would’ve been nice to eat at the landings. Just didn’t have enough time. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Town!!
We definitely give this condo 5 stars (+)!! We were delighted with our condo stay. The condo was so clean, smelled fabulous and had all the amenities and more. The beds were super comfortable and linens were very clean, which was greatly appreciated. The condo is absolutely cozy!! Loved the reading nook, lighting and all the windows that we opened to allow the mountain air in, the weather was amazing! Location was excellent we went into Cashiers and Highlands. Tom the owner was so welcoming and accommodating! We will definitely be back and definitely would recommend this condo to anyone looking in area. Well worth the stay!!!!

Wonderful Mountain Retreat
This condo has everything you need for a 5 star mountain getaway. The hosts were wonderful. . The house was was clean and they they truly thought of everything right down to a lovely welcome note and a bottle of wine and a pound of coffee. The kitchen is very well equipped and for someone who loves to cook that is very important. The huge deck was fantastic as was the amazing view and Weber grill. The living space had lovely furnishings evoking a feeling a great mountain retreat. The bedrooms had wonderful sheets and very comfortable mattresses. The owners were very accessible and accommodating. We truly can’t wait to return.

Great home, location and communication
Such a great place and location. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Cashiers. Very clean and comfortable on the 2nd hole of Trillium. Having access to the club facilities (especially the lake club) for a small fee makes it even better. Jack, the owner, is great at communicating and truly cares that you enjoy your stay. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here and it was still the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. If your looking for a peaceful get away this is the place! I have never slept so good! Beds were comfortable, home was very clean and Jack the owner was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed!

This amazing condo is in an amazing community right on the golf course. Our pups had a blast running through the leaves and chasing each other on the golf course. We used the fire place a lot and it was so cozy curled up on the the couch with a hot cup of tea listening to the fire crack! I have never felt so relaxed in my life! The condo was very clean and inviting! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had the best nights sleep! Very convenient 15 minute drive to Cashiers and some wonderful trails. There is the cutest little general store off of Norton road about 3 minutes to grab quick items and do a little souvenir shopping. It’s really hard to say anything negative about this place! I would suggest though to leave some shampoo and conditioner in the showers and maybe a little guest book for the guest to leave comments about their stay or other suggestions! I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Cashiers!

Condo is lovely, very well-equipped, very clean. However, we found it very dark.... more light (especially reading lamps) would help. We were not familiar with the area and would much prefer being closer to Highlands, but that was our mistake. The owner was very responsive and we much appreciate his attention.

Relaxing and peaceful
We had a wonderful time! The condo was spotless, homey, cozy in a peaceful location and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen just like home. Everything is available at Cashiers, which is 10 minutes drive, great cafe for espresso, supermarkets, restaurants, lovely souvenir stores, great hikes for all levels, tennis, golf and other activities available nearby. And if you are lucky, you can find live music in town. Definitely recommend this condo!

Great retreat in Blue Ridge Mountains, Cashiers
A wonderful retreat just a few miles from Cashiers. Light, bright and open with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Great deck and furniture to enjoy the out of doors. Walk out the front door to enjoy walks or drive a few miles for challenging hiking trails. Good restaurants close by, and lots of shops to visit.
