AMAZING!! We loved the location because it was a little outside the main centre but easy 5min drive in. Lovely and peaceful. Beautiful staff, especially Ram was so friendly and kind to us. Very clean and spacious room.
the wifi was quite slow

The location is slightly far from the main road but that is only a minor point

Looked pretty and the staff were lovely. We didn’t stay for long but it seemed quite nice
There was no wardrobe and the toilet we had could be upgraded (was stained) but was clean

Best location, very peaceful,
Mr maru was really helpful

There is nothing to dislike about this place. We are taking unforgettable memories from this place

We did not eat breakfast there. But lunch was good. Staff was excellent. They were courteous and helpful. Mr. M. Than went to the extent of driving us to the station at 2 am.
We loved the rooftop dining hall.
The only fly in the ointment was the exhaust that did not work.

Huge and cozy room with all the facilities. The managers were very nice and helped us in everything we needed. Great views of Jaisalmer Fort from the terrace. This is a great hotel!
A little bit far from the city Fort (15 minutes tops), but very easy to walk there or take a tuk-tuk.

Nothing
The rooms were dirty. The water smelt like sewage. The hotel we booked was undergoing renovation, so they put us up in another hotel. The owner didn't even give an invoice! The ACs didn't work. The fans didn't work at times. The power kept going. Do not visit this place!

Very helpful and friendy staff, they gave us some space to change and freshen up even after checking out because we had a bus in the evening. Location is close to the Jaisalmer Fort and the Gadisar lake. Overall good value stay.
The rooftop restaurant looked a little neglected and could be cleaner and more hygienic.

Support we got from staff and hotel manager.
Washroom was not as per expectation...jet,shower was not working well…overall at this price it was so costlier…we would have gone for better options at cheaper cost..

the staff was super supportive and friendly and the rooms were comfy and clean with 24x7 hot water. the view from the terrace was amazing too
They have a small kitchen at property and hence have to order most if the stuff from their other kitchen or outside so need to plan orders before. food was decent but can be improved.

Hotel Helsinki is amazing hotel in Jaisalmer, we had a great time , rooms are spacious and the kitchen on the rooftop is worth it , I loved their food specially cheese omelet , chef was amazing and the guy at the reception was sweet as well, overall a great experience.
It's little far from the fort area inside a narrow lane but we can reach fort in 80 rupees in auto.
5.0
Only thing i liked is that it was a pet friendly property. Roof top view of fort is good. Breakfast was average, actually Rest everything was average. Staff was helpful.
Rooms were small, way to hotel is so narrow i scratched my car, car repairs were more expensive then hotel stay. There is a roof top restaurant but food was very average. So we only took only breakfast there. Rooms were not very lit and felt dark.

Nothing to like unfortunately
- Food is of very low quality everything smells of kerosene
- The hotel is located in a dingy corner of the road
- The rooms are not well kept

Reasonable price. Peaceful place. Watch the stars from the terrace. Staff are helpful. Ask them to book autos for you. Don't use cabs.
Hot water in the shower was a problem.

The rooms were spacious and done up very well. The roof top restaurant has fab views and the food is quite nice. The staff is very helpful esp Mr Maru and also the restaurant staff
Is next to a cow shelter so views in 1st floor was not good...can do with a little mote staff at the kitchen though all of them are very helpful and courteous.

The property was really a value for money. Their USP was the personal touch they provide to each of their guests. Amazing hospitable staff, very courteous. Brilliant experience
There is nothing negative about the hotel
3.0
The staff are extremely cordial and helping. The owner is very helping. I booked for two days but left the hotel after one day in disappointment since the room was very gloomy. The owner charged me for both the days but wavered my dinner bill and additional charges for my child.
The deluxe rooms are very gloomy with windows opening into another hotels windows. No air circulation. There was a big lizard in the bathroom that I got removed by the hotel staff. Food is very average. The superior rooms are good but deluxe rooms are very disappointing.

Was more like a hostel or B&B. It was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. The approach was through a narrow unpaved road.

Excellent service, comfortable stay and value for money
