The Hotel is stunning! It looks like a world class with great decor and a beautiful pool. Amazing food was served during breakfast. The staff was friendly and super amazing. I absolutely loved every minute. T
The transport. It was too far from the stadium but when searching for nearest accomodation to stadium it was recommended. Maybe this is more an issue with booking.com

Love the quirkyness of the downstairs area, restaurant. Breakfast was beautiful and hot. It was nice to have the little convenience shop in the foyer... A little pricey but to be expected as a convenience.
The only thing that could of made it better was directions into the hotel from the main road

It was very attractive the food was lovely and staff very welcoming. I’d stay again if I’m in the area but for a site seeing holiday for the main attractions it’s a bit far away.
The swimming times were restricted for children. Quite a big disappointment for us as the reason we chose this hotel is for the swimming pool and to be refused access at 7.30pm when the pool was empty was unfair on the children.

We didn’t get breakfast as cost which was expensive was room only
room had skirting board off in bedroom. didn’t have tile trim in bathroom. patches on dark bathroom wall where it had attempted to be cleaned

The hotel was so clean and staff were so friendly the use of the pool and sauna was incredible kids loved it but only got to go in it once due to it being closed for maintenance which was a shame but still a nice touch. Lots of choice for breakfast which was great for everyone
Pool was closed due to maintenance during some of our trip so only managed to use it once.
Breakfast on the first day the hot food was cold and on both days I asked for tea and the water in the pot was like warm

Breakfast was awful. Most of it was cold. Hash browns were stale. Orange juice was from concentrate. Not acceptable when you are charging £21 per person. Eat elsewhere is my advice.

Room (executive).Spacious roomr, soundproof (very important given noisy road location). The air conditioning is quiet and the room temperature was great. The bed was really comfortable.
Car parking was an extra cost. The reception set up was poor (no actual reception, just staff with a lap top), not even clear that they were reception.
Breakfast was excellent.

Georgia on the front desk was exceptional. Really made us feel welcome, was super helpful and her lovely personality made our day! Thanks
The coffee machine at breakfast wasnt great, sadly
4.5
Friendly service - accessible room - excellent accessible parking.
The breakfast - terrible bacon - that awful toaster - no one to get tea and coffee and a small piece of plastic in my scrambled egg!!
Lifts a tad too small for my mobility scooter.

Fantastic modern hotel, with a very spacious feel. Lovely clean bedroom which was well laid out for me and my two young daughters.
I have an electric car which needed charging during our overnight stay. I had checked beforehand that EV car charging was available at the hotel, and 4 new Charge Assist / ISTA chargers were indeed there, and available for use.
However, after numerous attempts when we arrived, and after first downloading the Charge Assist App and completing all relevant details, I still could not authenticate the charging process. You also have to keep going back into the hotel from the car park for internet access in order to complete the app installation.
The following day after further failed attempts, the hotel manager came with me and my two daughters to the car park to attempt a successful connection. He managed a connection between the App and the Charge Point, but alas still not charge
to the car. In total I must have wasted around 3 hours trying to charge my car.
The EV charging process needs to be urgently improved. It was truly difficult and frustrating, not to mention a huge inconvenience to our short stay.
