Intuitive system to lock and unlock, very spacious for the value asked, and comfortable beds.
WiFi was pretty spotty, with continuous use impossible, especially for video calls (and sometimes voice calls).
The exhaust of my kitchen seemed to be joined with others and it ended in my bathroom, this lead to having to smell other tenants' food.

a good place for temporal stay before moving out from Dresden. You got everything you need for living here. transport is fine if you drive a car, but the tram station is a little bit far from the residence when carrying heavy suitcases.
the only thing is that the toilet was not flushed and the bottom looks very dirty on the first day. other things are totally fine with me.

We were warmly welcomed at midnight. Liked the decor of the hotel.

The room was nice and practical. We have used the kitchen material, they were really useful. There is one coffee machine and a toaster in the corridor for everybody and this is a plus for sure. If you have a car, you can reach the old town easily. It was a comfy stay and the price is good.
The kitchen equipment was not that clean. I had to clean everything before I use them. If the owner can pay attention on this issue, ratings of this property rise even further.

Cheap, fridge and microwave.
Old, uncomfortable bed and pillows, wierd smell in the room.
3.5
Solid place for a cheap stay in Dresden. Everything and a little more you would need for staying in for a night. Room was clean and warm.
Check-in system was a little hard to understand at first. Theres no one there to actually talk to. You just have to ring the bell and they will provide you with a chip that locks the room door.
3.5
Quiet room, easy check-in, free parking
Quite cold in the room, no curtains on bathroom windows
2.5
The room was fine, for one person for 1-2 nights.
The shower area could have been a bit bigger.

the building - the wall are covered with fungus - it cause a crazy smell, and in addition to that most of hotel inhabitans are smoking, also the building contains old, non hermetic windows, also the hood in bathroom can't be disabled and due to this and also non hermetic doors - the smoke from another rooms are everywhere in the building.

Size of room, room had kitchenette
This is not standard Hotel, rather hostel and it was not clear when ordering. No reception, selfservice for check in and out.

It's a surprise there is kitchenette in the room.
Nothing.
3.5
The site have a kitchen.
The transport is limited.
The days in Dresden don't worked the tram.
They don't have reception. Never saw the staff
3.0
Locality (industrial suburban), kitchen equipment, relaxing backyard.
Hard to catch receptionist, too much dingy interior, not working kettle.

I just needed a place where to sleep. I searched definitely per the price and parking options. The accommodation offers absolutely everything you need, private room with private bathroom incl basic kitchen. You do not need more. I have to say, I was really okay with the room. Not luxury, but for the price you pay, you get really all basics which are definitely enough and as I said, it is private, not shared, which is the most important for me. Room was suprisingly very quiet!
4.0
Easily approachable by tram and closer to main tourist destination
Toilet door was not working. Heating was not that effective as well
3.0
Simple accomodation by the main road. We had only one night which was fine. Would not book for longer stay. House is old but they try their best to keep it clean.
Bathroom could be better.
3.0
really noisy, because the room is next to the road
3.5
Contactless check-in and ckeck-out
To get the key to have to call the owner and we have to wait 15 minutes for him to answer

It was good place to stay for one night for the price they offer. Location is good, just 15 minutes far from center by tram.
Beds are not comfortable, too old and make noises. I would recommend for some new furniture. Near the building two roads with passing cars, so be prepare for noise even in night time.

set a wc bathroom curtain

The property is really clean and the owner was warm enough to help us checkin early.
we got the room facing towards road so on Monday morning there was too much noise of vehicles which was not expected. rest was all fine

The flat had a small bathroom with a good sized shower, the kitchenette was a plug in 2 burner cooker with kettle and kitchenware. The bed was a larger single. The building was easy enough to find and close to a tram. It is very easy to visit this accommodation using only public transport.
The Wifi was pretty poor. I could get and receive messages, but browsing was difficult and streaming impossible.
After booking I received an email which had been translated. It explained that the accommodation mainly hosted buisness people and trades people, and that they would like to avoid dissapointment in services provided, in the email I was asked to confirm receipt within the hour. I did not get this until shortly before checking in and did not quite understand. Check in is done by intercom, keys are released through a locked box. This is fine, but the accommodation does not have guidance on Wifi or anything other than getting into the room, and going back to the intercom for questions felt odd. Thought should be given to this.
4.5
It is exactly what it advertises to be. Simple checkin through the intercom reception. Clean beds and room for what you can expect of the price. Plenty of space, kitchen even, location is eh, quite a decent walk but not too far. All in all, perfect place to stay if you're looking for a cheap single room in Dresden.

It was value for money. Very close to train station. Quite hotel
Room was a bit small and I've never seen a shower inside the bedroom.

There was no breakfast included. Self service.
The location in the town was good U could reach the accommodation in half an hour from the centre.
The window was looking on a highway. Cars, trucks, motorcycles were running about 100 metres from the window. It was very loud. The traffic stopped round 3 a.m and started round 6 a.m. The room was very dirty. The furniture were dusty, spider 🕸️ nets were hanging down. Dusty painting on the walls cracks on the window frames. During my stay nobody cleaned the room I had to do it for myself.Even the rubbish bin wasn't emptied at all. It was rather a dormitory than a hotel. I have no idea why this is advertised on Booking.com as a hotel. It is rather a gohst castle. I don't recommend it to demanding people at all.
3.5
Affordable cost, nice neighborhood, room was very clean and service was pleasant
Beds were really terrible, especially those materaces like straight from hell
