I had a short and comfortable stay in a room in the back building on the ground floor. Staff extremely kind and excellent English breakfast.
The bed was too soft for my taste. Location is convenient but on a busy road.

Location great, house was nice, breakfast was very good, staff polite, room spacious, shower perfect! Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Extra cleaning needed in room; fan, lampshades, kettle, and just generally a good deep clean! Had to pay extra for parking, eventhough notified before booking it is still odd to charge an extra £10, just include it as part of the booking.

The second time we have stayed, the location is great and the decor in the rooms is beautiful. Zoe is a friendly and welcoming host and the breakfast was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The warm was very warm and cozy and the breakfast each morning, excellent.
The bed mattress may need replacing as it is starting to show its age

I enjoyed the breakfast but felt likenthere could be more choice like some pastries. The location was good for us
I think some harder pillows and the single bed that my daughter slept in was very narrow and a little uncomfortable

A very stylish large room. I was taking notes for my own house refurbishment! Great hosts with a warm greeting at check in and at breakfast. Lovely breakfast.
Absolutely nothing. Parking available on site and in a very nice part of Derby.

Our room in the stable block had been recently renovated and was quiet and comfortable and very nicely decorated. There were all the things we needed, such as robes, drink making facilities and nice toiletries.
Nothing, we will come back in better weather so we can make use of our rooms outside space.

The Staff - they called to check our booking and also sent me 2 texts with information about how to get in etc and and contact number if anything was a problem. I also emailed the coach house for restaurant recommendations and got
an extensive list of restaurants.
The lady that served us our breakfast in the morning was also so lovely!
The decor was gorgeous, really lovely rooms, we stayed in the twin and my friend was pregnant. The bed's were so comfy we couldn't wait to get back and sink in the beds with the lovely duvets.
The little small touches like the brownies were so nice on arrival!
WE WILL BE BACK
The parking available would not be suited to someone who wasn't a confident driver.
The parking was super tight, it does say there are only 3 spots at a first come basis and I am sure I saw somewhere you have to be a confident driver as the spaces are tight and require a lot of point turns especially in s bigger car! I managed it, but the bollard lights between each space were slightly off putting.
