Solid

Everything was solid, from staff to cleanliness and facilities. Location is pretty good if you're traveling with car, as we did and if you're visiting Ulcinj per se and not travelling to Donji and Gornji Štoj to 14km long beach. If you're young and coming with partner or friends I'm advicing you to book property in Donji and Gornji Štoj. Very good 8+.

Perfect Adriatic Sea moments (Pinjes is the best for rocky beaches and crystal waters)

Great location if you want to walk for nearby rocky beach and plenty of parking spots if you want to drive for more beaches. Apartments are run by the family and Sabina was always when we need something. Top floors have scenic view of Adriatic sea which makes your morning/breakfast magnificent. We traveled together with our small Maltese dog and we enjoyed the welcome of dogs in Ulcinj

Peaceful stay in a family owned apartment!

I stayed at this place once when I was in Ulcinj. This is my second stay. And I may probably come back again. The Apartments are situated right above the Pine Forest. The Air is perfectly clean. You are away from the crowded city traffic. And the road access is easy by car. Also, if you like walking, the attractive locations of the city are not so far.

Warm hospitality, nice stay!

This accommodation has it's own free car parking, which is a superb thing in this town, and the road to the location is easy. Generally, you should know that the roads in Ulcinj are nightmare for car drivers. I also liked the kitchenette, you can prepare your breakfast or lunch. And, there is a supermarket in 30m distance.

Nothing about the accommodation generally. However, I would say I didn't like the road from the apartment to the city center and the pine forest. The road has no sidewalk for pedestrians, so you deal with stupid drivers that seem like they want to drive over you. Also, while you walk you get by a few disgusting tavernas. The Kosovska road from the apartment to the city center is definitely ugly.

I will probably come back next year.

Excellent breakfasts, in terms of taste as well as a wide selection. The hotel is located relatively close to the city center, while on the exceptionally nice sandy beach you can relax a few kilometers from the city.

Existing showers are not the peak of modern technology.

Exceptional

The location is around 1km to the midtown, and beach. Really close to 2small market, with good prices. Comfortable big rooms, with bathroom, and corner kitchen.Really clean rooms,Aircondition, wifi, terrace, 10/10. I have been at lots of countries and hotels/apartments. But this was the top for me. I have spent 7days with the large family, 16people, and we all been thankful. I hope all the best for the owner, and for Casa Pineta. You are doing really well, and I hope we visit again in couple of years!

I cannot mention anything bad. All was perfect, kindly people. I have fully respect for them.

Exceptional

Casa Pineta is great. Sabina the host is even better, she was always there when we needee something and even did more than she is suppoused to, just to help us out. I really recomment the place!
