Zentrale Lage, umwerfender Balkon!

Die Lage der Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum und der Balkon ist in Richtung des Hafens, mit genügend Platz um einen gemütlichen Apero darauf zu machen. Man kann zu Fuss alles gut erreichen und ist mitten im Geschehen - Trotzdem bleibt es nachtsüber ruhig.

Der Parkplatz war ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und die Einfahrt ist sehr eng. Berücksichtig man aber die Zentrale Lage und das der Parkplatz kostenlos ist, so kann man dies grundsätzlich kaum anders erwarten.

Wow! Location & View! Perfect base near Palermo

I Found Veranda sul Porticciolo online years ago & finally got to stay! WOW! Even better than expected! Location & view over the Marina & lower town were spectacular. Opening the door to the bustling primary restaurant row closed to vehicles couldn’t be better! We reserved the larger room with the two veranda doors & the apartment was huge. Castellammare del Golfo was a great base for a couple days to visit Cefalu, Scopello & Segesta. Loved our stay & highly recommend. Giuliano is a fantastic host.

Car parking was a bit far, but acceptable, in a walking town. The shower door was awkward - should be a slider, but we managed.

Relaxed, great environment and trustworthy owner.

Gestgjafi - lípur og vingjarnlegur. Hjálpsamur. This was not our first visit to the property and we are happy to say that Giuliano, the proprietor is still running a nice business that has stood the test of time.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was perfect... very large and comfortable... spotlessly clean and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal. The balcony overlooking the harbor was fantastic. Giuliano was a perfect host... grazie mille ❤️

Enjoyable short break

The view was fantastic overlooking the Marina. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

The only thing which we found a bit uncomfortable was the double bed had two single mattresses rather than a double one.

Fantastic View

Close to the beach and the town. Friendly host. Great balcony space with a fantastic view of the harbour and mountains. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine available Cheap meter parking is available not far away, 3 euros a day Cafes, restaurants and small markets are close by.

Most of the beds in Sicily are on the harder side.

excellent location right off walk street, beautiful view of marina, right next door to amazing granita kiosk & restaurants, very clean, responsive & friendly host Giuliano answered all questions in a timely way. the view was just mesmerizing. excellent Wi-Fi connection

very loud electronic dance music at night until 2:30/3am. bring earplugs. bright light from air conditioner- bring eye mask. everything else- perfect.

Superb location, great host who greeted us upon arrival and gave excellent tips & details about the area. Amazing view of waterfront, walkable to all local restaurants.

Had to walk quite a bit to park car. Fridge in room was not working.

The host speaks really good English! Best English we had during our whole trip. The view is also very nice.

Castellamare del golfo itself. For us it was too touristy and not authentic. But to each their own of course.

Really nice place to stay and would highly recommend it.

The balcony with sea and marina views are outstanding- was perfect for our morning coffee as well as an evening glass of wine. We liked and used everything including the well equipped kitchen and the available washing machine. We enjoyed the great location and being right on a lovely street with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and of course, the wonderful evening passigata! Our host greeted us upon arrival and responded very quickly to any of our questions.

Perfect location in a nice town

Fabulous location, great view from balcony! Lovely pedestrian street nearby. Free street parking right in front. Hot water and heat worked great and bed was comfortable. Good communication from host.

Very minor: small studio and ceilings were low in spots. Our GPS had trouble navigating to the spot but host was very responsive In helping us!

Great location, nice view from the apartment over the port. I would definitly stay at that place again.

The only thing I can complain is the soundproofed of the apartment, through the wall you can hear TV or conversation from the apartment next door, it doesn't bother us and our neighbor wasn't loud, but it can be a problem for some people, especially if you will have a bad luck with neighbors.

Amazing apartment in very old typical house in centre of Castellemmare. Stunning view from balcony to marina and city and mountains. Each moment on the balcony was excelent. We tried to find some nice place for night dring and at the end we came back to to this balcony :-) the best place. But of course you can find many places for drink and dinner outside ;) We very surprised how good was the isolation apartments. We didnt hear nothing from other neigbouhrs. Absoltuly recommend it.
