The animals on site were so friendly. The bathroom in our room was lovely and clean. Great shower.
The room was very damp. Our clothes all smell damp now. The bed was very uncomfortable too. Food was very basic.

A calma que transmite, as piscinas e o bungalow.
Ótimo para aproveitar para uns dias de descanso.
O pequeno almoço é bom mas como é servido em cesta na porta do bungalow não dá para repetições.

The front desk clerk was fantastic!!! We arrived late afternoon & I couldn’t get my wifi to connect. She saw that I was distraught & put us in an upgraded bungalow. The property is beautiful, the rooms/bungalows are great, breakfast was really good & the staff was awesome. The price was a super value.
If this resort was in the states we would take our entire family often!
It was raining when we arrived.

The bungalow is very nice and accepts dogs.
No problem with hot water to take a shower.
Comfortable pillows.
Good wifi.
Offers tea.
Very clean.
Parking at the door of the bungalow.
The property is quite pretty, very green and with nice views.
The location has a lot of traffic to arrive at 19:00 on weekday. Unsure if it is only due to rush hours.
The bed is not very comfortable.
Doesn’t offer shampoo.
The bungalow is overpriced as it doesn’t have e.g. a kitchen.

the park is pretty big but also cosy. lots of things to discover; like the animals, the little bar, and two swimming pools. the tiny houses are perfect size! the staff was super friendly.
the swimming pool was so dirty that I got my eyes and throat infected after one day. the other days I didnt swim because of that.
the tiny houses can use a redo; bathroom was clogged, shower was made clean but edges were old and dirty. it needs retouching and service.
the breakfast included lots of things with a big amount of sugar. would have loved better coffee and a healthier, fresher breakfast. style was a bit outdated.
at sunday morning at 10, the gardener started using his chainsaw. guy! what were you thinking?

- Quiet place
- Staff was very nice
- wish the space was more used, the ping pong paddles were in a very poor state
- the walls are paper thin
- wish there was a kitchen option for the outside oven, didn’t seem like it was being used
- wish there were a bit more activities to make us enjoy the country
- the breakfast was not like on the pictures where it seemed like a buffet

2 pools
Nice bungalows
Ducks, goats, horse, chickens
Tennis court
The rooms are really nice (brand new) but the walls are paper thin. We slept in room 3 and heard every little thing from room 2..as if they were in our room. Do not rent those rooms...I had to go talk to the guests from room 2 (it wasnt their fault the walls are no walls at all) Luckly we had made reservations to go to one of their bungalows which were also very nice but the last day the gardner of the facilities had the genius idea to make a fire right next to all the bungalows (i mean right behind our neigboured bungalow) we had clothes that were drying outside..everything smelled like smokeafter...we woke up with smell of smoke...great job

Fantastic setting. The calmness and green color of nature all around the property.

We enjoyed the location and the easy access (wide gate, wide roads, ample parking space, close to city center).
While we didn't try out the pool, it looked very appealing, and the outdoor space in general was really pretty.
The croissants at breakfast were really good!
The room/suite we stayed in was very humid and had a lot of mold in the walls, that you could not avoid smelling. It was nauseating and we considered just not staying there and paying for some other place to sleep in. Ultimately, since it was just for one night, we just tried to ventilate it and sleep there.
The extra bed was provided but not made. We had the sheets on top of it, and we had to make it ourselves. We did ask for extra pillows and they were able to provide some.
The mattresses were not comfortable at all (springs...), and the room was cold. The AC worked for heating the room, though it made a lot of noise. Additionally, the bathroom didn't have any ventilation.
They were able to provide an extension cord for us to charge our car, but it was too weak (or in bad shape), so the car didn't charge, even when I limited it to 5A (which would charge at a rate of 2km/hr).
Maybe this was covid-related, but the breakfast was incredibly limited and the bar was very cold and humid as well.

The staff,, the cleaness, the bed, the location and the price
The humidity, the hungers in the wardrobe and the breakfast could be better.

- Bungalow located in beautiful garden with more properties, great swimming pools (there are actually 2!). Lots of fruit trees (including kiwi trees!) and flowers- well maintained.
- Great breakfast - delivered to our bungalow due to Covid - really enjoyed this!
- Very comfortable double beds (sofa bed really not suitable for elder child)
- Very good WiFi in the property and elsewhere on the compound
- Very friendly staff!
- We drove to Porto - just over 30 minutes - but most other guests were local who stayed on the property and enjoyed the pools
- We stayed with a family of 5 in a 2 bedroom bungalow, called Oliveiro (Olive). There were only 4 kitchen chairs inside, but no seating area. There were 3 garden chairs and when we asked for 2 more, they there unavailable so we used 2 kitchen chairs. It would be ideal for 4 persons (or maybe a very young child in a cot which is available too) as there was also not really a lot of space for the sofa bed
- There was no patio / place to sit in front or behind our bungalow. We could sit at the other side of the small street - but it would have been really nice to sit on your own terrace
- Our bungalow smelled quite dusty - and in spite of using the airco, the windows were really wet when we woke up. I guess lack of ventilation!
