Muito confortável

Localização ótima, perto de tudo em Palermo (fizemos tudo a pé), mas distante o suficiente da "baguncinha" do bairro pra conseguir descansar bem. Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e educada. A área da piscina estava sempre limpa, com a jacuzzi sempre aquecida, deu pra aproveitar mesmo com o friozinho de BsAs. As camas eram super confortáveis e o quarto era muito completo, parece que pensaram em tudo que a gente podia precisar.

Só pra não dizer que foi tudo perfeito, a única coisinha que sentimos falta foi de um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto.

Acogedor y confortable hotel en el corazón de Palermo

El staff es muy atento y dispuesto a hacer sentir al huésped muy bien tratado. Nos encantó la atención de Adriano. El cuarto era amplio, igual que el baño y con un balconcito muy lindo. Ma ubicación es óptima.

La fuente central del hotel estaba en mantenimiento y ver la obra le quitó un poco de encanto al espacio del lobby y tampoco nos permitió disfrutar del sonido del agua. El desayuno es bueno pero luego de 3 días, quisieras tener un poco más de variedad en el buffet para cambiar un poco de opción.

Beautiful hotel in Palermo with amazing receptionists :)

A real gem in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, a great neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. We got an amazing room at the top floor with a beautiful view and it was also really quite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff at the reception (Cami & Adrian) were exceptional, so helpful and friendly, by far the best staff we have met on our trip!

The breakfast was OK but the space was a bit small and the staff was not so friendly (maybe we were also comparing to the reception staff).

El hotel es muy lindo y cuidan todos los detalles, realmente hacen que te sientas a gusto. Adrian de recepción es muy atento y amable. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos allí y seguro volveremos

Lo que pondría como sugerencia es mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas, pues cuando hay ruido afuera se escucha todo. Al ser una zona tranquila esto no afecta el descanso para nada.

Quarto muito espaçoso, camas e chuveiro ótimos! Tem um pia com chaleira elétrica que auxilia muito para quem está com crianças pequenas! Em relação a localização, fica próximo de vários restaurantes bons e em apenas 8 mim caminhando você chega ao Ônibus Hop on Hop off da linha amarela, que para em todos os pontos turísticos de Buenas Aires e custa apenas 16.000 pesos para 24hr.

This was our first visit to Argentina only knowing what we have read online. This vacation went above and beyond our exp

The location is great in a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to public transportation. The staff is remarkably friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. The restaurant on the ground level is a good choice in case you don’t want to leave the property. They serve a tasty breakfast every morning with many different choices from the healthy to the not so healthy and everything was delicious.

The Palo Santo Suite has two small balconies and a spectacular view of the Palermo skyline. We kept the glass doors open as much as possible to enjoy the nice weather outside. The only problem is the amount of dogs barking at any given time, day or night. Also, there’s a lot of noise coming from the Club Atlético Palermo with cheering from games happening almost every evening (we eventually got used to it and ended up liking it)

Stylish hotel with the best staff ever!

Staff, staff, staff! Oh, wow, this hotel is gorgeous and stylish, but it's the staff that really makes it special. They learned our names right away, and were so friendly, fun and helpful with everything we needed, including changing dollars, doing laundry, giving excellent recommendations, etc. A highlight was also the bike rental that was included with the price of the room. The bike lanes around Palermo are incredible and safe, and we rode all the way from the hotel to the MALBA, then back through the Rosedal in the park. Loved the breakfast here too, and the quiet, stylish and spacious room. There's also a pharmacy, laundromat, deli, bakery, supermarket and wine shop on the block, which is very handy if you're staying a few days.

This hotel is located a little further from Palermo Soho / Plaza Armenia / Plaza Serrano than I would have liked, and to get there you have to cross the train tracks over Juan B. Justo, which I don't love, but it's really close to Carranza subway station and Santa Fe bus lines for accessing other areas of the city, and there are lots of great restaurants within a few blocks.

Great place!!

The attention was great, breakfast was delicious, the room was very spacious and clean. Besides cleaning the room the made sure to organize my belongings, it was nice to come back from a long day of work to a perfect room.

The only thing is the street noise. You could hear everything.

this hotel is amazing, beautiful and confortable. the staff was kind and super helpful, always willing to help. The check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm, but we arrived early and they gave us the room at 11! I really appreciated all they do for us and I highly recommend this hotel.

was very nice hotel in a very nice area. room was great and staff very helpful and nice .

the property was in a nice quiet residential area. the room was big and attractive. the bed was super big and comfortable and the air conditioning great. room had nice private balcony . Carmelo was especially helpful at the front desk. full English speaking staff was helpful. the eating area was very nice . in a garden .

the pool water was murky . did not use. the breakfast was only alright . no hand held shower only overhead

The breakfast was good. The service was a little slow. The setting was very nice with the garden area.

Coffee not available for longer hours. The TV in my room did not work but I was busy. The pool is very small- Nice to soak in and relax after a warm day.

Small and quiet

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with good shower. Location was, at least ona weekend, very quiet. Location is airy, with a balcony in room 41

This is a great boutique hotel rightin the heart of Palermo. Its about 1 to 1.5kms from the best places to eat and shop and the price was very reasonable.

The single beds were a bit small.

The staff was FABULOUS!

Room and location was perfect, the breakfast was great. We were able to walk to restaurants across from the hotel, grocery store just around the corner where we were able to purchase, water, snacks, fruits, q-tips we forgot.

Wish they would have clocks in the rooms, so we knew what time it was.
