The villa was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, and we especially loved the rainforest shower and the outdoor bath. Dinner at the Kondalilla Restaurant in the resort was also exceptional and perfect for a special occasion.

Room, location, staff all really good :)
Bathroom not particularly conducive with romance

The relaxation started even before I got to the door ... the lush greenery, bird song and trickling creek below. Enter the treehouse to soft music playing and a faint hint of peppermint in the air. Cozy and comfortable with all the basics of home. I didn't want to leave!
By the time we realised we would need a kindling pack for the fire, the office had closed.

We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms, own bat room, hall, kitchenette. Good for a small family, very clean.
Staff at the reception and the restaurant were very friendly and supportive.
The furniture in the outdoor sitting area could be improved.

I like the location just next to national park. Also the swimming pool has good views. surprisingly saw Kookaburra in the morning. Love the experience!
Sauna not working. also not much activities to do around here. It’s pretty expensive as no restaurant open also not included breakfast.

the nature and privacy of our room. so relaxing.
we couldn’t use the spa in our room. when we turned the bubbler on all this Mould constantly came out. after trying the third time and the green flaky mould was still coming out we gave up as we didn’t want to waste any more water.

That rainforest atmosphere was great, private.
We didn't like that once we were in the cabin there was a notice to say we had to wash wipe and put away anything we used.. this concerns me as they need to abide to a hygiene code. Also the spa bath was mouldy and stank when used.

Being in the bush was great. Very private. Bed was very very comfortable.
Room and fittings are very tired. Bathroom had been renovated though. Furniture pretty average, dated and worn. Looked like out of an op shop. For the price you pay, should have been better appointed.

The location was absolutely fantastic! So quiet and removed from everyone. The staff were extremely accommodating of the travel needs of myself and my partner (facilitating an easy late check-in), and very helpful throughout our stay as well.
Our fridge wasn’t turned on upon our arrival (a quick fix of course), but we had to throw away some of that lovely Malaney milk that is provided.
