Beautiful apartment with fabulous views .

Denis collected us from the airport . Thank you . Fabulous views. Very comfy beds and all rooms had air conditioning. Beautiful apartment. Shop just down the road so very handy .

Just very important comment. Steps. There are a lot of steps, so this is a very important factor for mobility .

Amazing view, exceptional parking, comfortable beds, nice hospitality.

Nothing. For us everything was convenient. But maybe for somebody distance to old town can be long (2.5 km approximately) for us it was okay, cause we enjoy walking.

the view from the terrace is amazing and Denis has been so friendly The private parking was so useful

Nothing that I didn’t like but if I had to say something I will say walking from the old town to the apartment is not easy especially because of the incline but Uber really solved it!

Spacious, clean, safe place in a good location with nice outdoor patio views.

The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was close to port, bus station, restaurants, and a short bus ride to old town or Lapad. It had a great patio with a nice view of the bay.

The street noise on a Saturday night and the gate slamming open and closed throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep especially when we had to catch an early ferry.

Great place to stay, would stay again.

We stayed in apartment Denis for 2 nights in Dubrovnik. Located in a residential area above the harbour. About 30 minute walk to the old town, good location. Local supermarkets, coffee shops and bakeries in the area. The apartment itself is probably better than shown in the pictures with an amazing view from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a hill and therefore there are a couple of sets of steps to reach it. Host were lovely and very helpful on details of the area.

Nothing negative to add. We had a great stay.

Beautiful, spotless clean apartment with wonderful view, there's really everything you may need. Exceptionally friendly host. We also really appreciate having a reserved parking lot.

Amazing comfortable gem of an apartment :)

It was very spacious and felt really homely in a beautiful area of Gruž :) the view from the balcony/terrace was amazing and I'd definitely stay there again :) the owner Denis picked us up from the airport and took us back to the airport on the way back home, he even stopped en route to the airport so we could have one last picture of Dubrovnik which was lovely :) the family give you a home cooked meal if you stay longer than 7 days which was delicious 😋 overall the apartment was so cosy and comfortable to stay in and would recommend to everyone :)

That I couldn't stay longer hehe :) I will definitely be back :)

Charming apartment with great views

Denis is a truly great host who made sure our stay at his apartment was the most comfortable. He welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine and gave us lots of useful recommendations that helped us get around the city more efficiently. The apartment is very well situated only 10 minutes away by car from the old town and beautiful beaches. It has everything one might need for a short or long stay in Dubrovnik. The balconies offer fantastic views of the bay and the surrounding area. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds, ideal for a good-night sleep. Would book again!

Amazing stay with super friendly host and amazing view

The balcony with the great view is amazing, there are not many insects to bother you during late hours so you can sit and enjoy the view even in the late hours. Denis and his son were both super helpful and friendly, we got a bottle of red wine for free and local liquor.

The location is a little bit more off, but that's usually no problem since you can use an uber or the bus to get to old Town.

Beutiful place to stay visiting Dubrovnik

What a beautiful place and nice owner! The view from the terrace is outstanding, however the access to the Old City is better byUber or bus service from port rather by foot. Very comfortable accomodation. This place offers also parking space in a garage under the building. Very handy in that hot place

I would definitely come back 😊

Perfect location, beautiful view, very close to the old-Town, 5 min by Uber. 10 min walk to the Marina. Absolutely loved the terrace. Very comfy beds and it feels like home. Nice wide screens to watch Netflix. Has everything you need. Special thanks to the host and his son for quick responses. We left a charger in the apartment, and Denis was so kind to let us know about it, and to let us pick it up whenever it was convenient. All the best wishes! Highly recommended! And thanks for the wine! :)

Maybe a kettle would be nice.

Very comfortable apartment. Everything was fine. I felt like at home. We had a very nice local dinner with homemade wine. Linens were clean and nice. Will be back with pleasure!

Amazing!

Comfortable apartament with stunning view of Dubrovnik city. Great spot tu take a glass of local wine which we get from Denis. Definitely we will get back next year! 🇭🇷👏❤️

Great view, clean place and nice host!

Parking is a mess outside but there is a private garage! As other’s review this place is a great one to stay in. You are provided with perks of tasting one of Croatia special drink (alcohol warning 😁) Cleanliness is great and nothing much to complain about. Heating is great during our stay there and the host is very nice!

A little bit crowded in the pantry and not so great for moving around, dishwasher is a little bit too small but still usable.
