Enttäuschende Unterkunft auf Gili T

Lage des Hotels liegt günstig zum Hafen und zum Hauptort der Insel Sehr freundliche junge Frau an der Rezeption, die sehr lieb und entgegenkommend war

Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer (vor allem Badezimmer) ist schlecht gealtert und wurde nicht gut gepflegt: Waschbecken ist nicht richtig in der Wand drin, Griffe, Klinken, Knöpfe etc. Sind stark abgenutzt und angeschimmelt, Raumecken ebenfalls sehr dreckig und teils verschimmelt —> von der Ausstattung im Bad war demnach grundsätzlich alles da, aber in keinem tragbaren Zustand! Tür hat riesigen Spalt oben, sodass Tiere reinkommen Bett sehr durchgelegen und unbequem, Decke war nur ein dünnes Laken Frühstück: von 2 vegetarischen Optionen war stetig nur eine verfügbar, vegane Optionen gab es gar nicht. Keine frische Zubereitung sondern nur aufgewärmt, generell einfach sehr lieblos. Säfte sind nicht frisch und werden zusätzlich noch mit viel Wasser verdünnt. Personal: zum größten Teil desinteressiert und zeigen keine großartige Bemühung oder Freundlichkeit. Nachts war es durchgehend sehr laut, also wer in Ruhe schlafen möchte, ist hier am falschen Ort. Der Pool war trüb und kleine Dreckpartikel schwammen im Wasser herum Zusammenfassend: für den Preis gibt es auf Gili T deutlich schönere und sauberere Anlagen, keine Empfehlung von unserer Seite!

Dreckig und ekelig

Nichts

Das es im Zimmer geschummelt hat und durch die Decke geregnet hat. Es waren überall schmetterlingsmotten die von verdreckten Abflüssen kommen. Wir haben kein Geld zurück bekommen und nicht mal die Wäsche umsonst gewaschen bekommen die wir waschen müssten weil sie mit Schimmel Wasser das aus der Decke kam durchtränkt war!

Adequate but bathroom could be improved and pool needs attention.

The room was fine, bathroom adequate, breakfast good - ok for a short stay if you want to be central.

The pool was very disappointing, quite dirty so we could not swim in the heat.

Amazing value for money.

Excellent location, easy access to everything, was at the busy side of the island but still very quiet where it was situated. Staff amazing and very helpful.

Lovely hotel, great location, the staff very frendly

The staff here were super friendly and polite. The room was nice in a great location only minutes from the pier. Happy hour drinks great value for money, and cheaper than anywhere else I stayed. The food was very nice and breakfast was great.

WiFi often disconnects and reconnects. This would be the only thing I could moan about. That said it works better than most hotels I stayed in. Otherwise no complaints, I liked my stay here very much.

Highly recommended

Miss Ina(wati) at the reception is a dream! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never got such a warm and pleasant welcome! And she was even only seventeen. Terima kasih banyak, Ina, for making our stay so memorable! "With love", "con amor" :-) Location not directly at the sea but very easy and pleasant to rent a bike. We never used the pool as the sea is so nice. We travelled around Bali and Lombok for a month and i loved Gili Trawangan the most! And again, who cannot love Ina?

We had the cheapest room, that was maybe not the best choice but was still ok! Avoid the lesser rooms by booking a room with terrace. And of course, Gili is muslim country as it is part of Lombok, i prefer Bali Hindu, so you wake up at 5 AM from the muslim prayers through the strong boxes at the mosque. Also during the day. I'm so glad that i don't live in a muslim country.

Disappointing

Bathroom not in line with expectations, very old and not renovated at all. Services like breakfast very slow and limited with respect to the menu, while laundry service lost many clothes from me and my friend, unacceptable.

Very good

Clean, comfortable bed and room. A lot of the places were not as clean so I liked how spaces and clean they kept the place.

The pool was not as clean. My room(16) was next to some sort of boiler and made a lot of noise throughout the time I was there. Breakfast is basic but I noticed that the food quality was the same on the island.

overall an okay stay, location was perfect to get to and really central to all the places you need to go to. toilet smel

Location was perfect but the room was okay. the view from the balcony was chill and overseeing the pool. The people working there was really friendly and as helpful as they can be

The toilet has a weird smell and for me i don’t particularly think the toilet is clean (but it’s just me)

- not enough towels in the room ( not even a hand towel, handwash soap or a towel to step on after the shower) - Cleanliness okay (scale on shower and tabs) - No room service making the bed or cleaning the room

We had a lovely stay at Gili Amor and would recommend it anyone with a family.

Close to the beach, had great resto attracted with cheap yummy food. Staff was lovely.

Ants in the beds, tried charging us for a glass broken in the resto. Ran out of jack daniels 🥹

Great location near everything. The rooms were clean, with air conditioner, very helpful and attentive staff and yummy breakfast! If you need to get around Gili T Banana is your guy to rent a bike from trustworthy and great vibes. I 100% recommend and will be rebooking if I ever have the pleasure to come back :)

Good first stay in Gili Trawangan

Loved the breakfast and the room service provided! Gili Trawangan was our favourite stay ever. The toilet could be improved but we loved the place.

The bathroom could be renovated. The floors were really slippery without a mat, slipped and fell. The television did not work AT ALL. Was pretty funny but we didn’t really care. However, the electricity kept blacking out. One night, it blacked out 10 times in the same hour.

Convenient, comfortable and amazing locations.

The pool area. The location was insane to be close to the ferry point and all the bars and restaurants.

The bathrooms were very dated and could do with an upgrade. For example the shower was really not the best.

Disappointing, noisy

- Pool was nice

- very noisy (bar Is very loud until late, plus lots of noise of people coming back, mosques are very loud with prayers at 4am) - breakfast has big selection but bad quality. Most accomodation on the island provide free breakfast but it was poor here -rooms don’t get dark. Curtains don’t give much privacy and people walking past can see in your room

Best staff and happy hours.

The accommodation is absolutely great! Great hotel location, super nice staff who are always willing to help and stay with you in the evening for drinks and food. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay on Gili.

Good value for money in the heart of Gili T

The location was great, just a few roads back from where all the restaurants and bars are and right in the middle of both the main beaches for sunrise and turtle beach. The pool is a good size and refreshing. Contemporary design of the hotel is nice. It's really amazing value for money.

Some parts of the decor look a bit tired and need a bit of updating. I visited here 3 years before and came back with big expectations but it felt like it needed a little freshening up.
