It is in general a good hotel. But it seems to me that the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. During my stay, the external temperature was about 35 degrees. It was very warm in the room. I talked to reception stuff and they declared help and sent a technician. After my return to the room, in the evening I did not notice the utmost improvement. I had no more time nor the desire for the next intervention, but I think that this air conditioning did not work. It was set to max performance and the room was really warm

The location is close to the highway leading out of Belgrade. The room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was big and good. There is an over all feeling of chic inside the hotel.
Slow staff. Excessive tasks they needed to do in order to check us in, although I had already went trough the online check-on process and have even provided a copy of my ID. It didn't matter.
Also the location is kind of strange. A lot of dust due to construction works going on around, the area is residential with a lot of small streets one needs to navigate around in order to reach the hotel.

The reception staff are good and the hotel is a classic hotel situated in an old Mill wall (which makes it awkward/difficult to access from any main road). There is parking on site which is great especially is such a confined space within the old mill. The security guys (parking) are also attentive and besides not seeing them in their office - the gate opened and closed without us having to wait. There is a also a restaurant and bar within the complex which was great last time we visited but it’s was kind of dead this time.
We’ve stayed at this property previously and ordered a family room then which was either double in size (adjoins rooms) or it was a much larger one than we experienced below.
Family Room: this was incredibly small and didn’t have beds for our kids set up despite us stating clearly we had two. They wanted 20euro for the beds but reception waived that - and the parking costs. The room would have been small for single/couple occupancy never mind quadruple so it was a big disappointment.
Restaurant: we ate there on the first night ordering the usual pasta for kids and meat for adults as we were told by reception that we would receive 10% discount. The prices were expensive but expected for the hotel and the young male waiter was overly friendly in a way that made me cynical and my instinct proved to be correct. The meat my wife got was costed per portion and somehow she got 6 portions - which wasn’t a lot but the price was extortionate.
The first wine we asked for (Chardonnay / Pinot) was dreadful and tasted of poor quality Raki (with cigarette undertones). So we ditched that and ordered a bottle of recommended white wine (thinking it would be cheaper than by the glass. The waiter then went into an elaborate BS discussion on a Serbian wine that only they can produce it. So I took it (being culturally polite) but again it was only marginally better than the first and never got better even by the third glass.
The biggest shock was the bill at over 300 euro and we left feeling that we were ripped off - in cost and taste. We also mentioned that we would have a discount of 10% but the waiter after some back and forth insisted that “it does not kick in until tomorrow night”.
The two nights at the hotel cost us 600 euro including the restaurant which was another 300 which disappointed us as our previous experience in 2017 was so much better.

I liked the personnel behavior and the huge and workable rooms.
It was little bit cold at night. The room temperature was around 22C and we wanted to be around 25C but this was not possible.
