The bench in front of the apartment to relax, have a snack on warm , summer evening.
Too loud neighbours on Friday night two apartments further.

Loved this place! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. There isn't a true kitchen, but there is a microwave and mini refrigerator which was perfect for us. We were lucky to have good weather while we were there, so we were able to sit out front at the table and enjoy the sunshine. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. There are reasonable links via bus and tram all within 5-10 minute walk. Check-in and check-out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again.
It is a little bit expensive BUT seems to be a pretty standard price in Amsterdam.

Not much. The room itself is located in a very quiet area of Amsterdam, far from the center, but connected by tram and bus. Keep in mind that those stops are between 8 and 15 minutes away from the room, so going to a place like the Van Gogh museum can take 40 minutes or more, which makes it pretty inconvenient.
They also left us a couple of apples and a kiwi, and there was some wine in the fridge, but we didn't take it.
Communications with the host: Entrance to the room is self-service (there's a key locker next to the door), but inexplicably you don't get the code to open it in the initial message from the property, but get asked instead to call a phone once you arrive to the property (good luck if you don't have a way to call). Then earlier in the arrival day we were asked by SMS to give them the hour of arrival, which we did, but once we got there and asked for the code by SMS, Booking messages, and phone (went to voicemail), we had no response at all for at least 20 minutes. We decided to check the lock itself, and it turns out that it was open all along (talk about security!). Then a message on Booking told us the code, and that was the last we heard of the host until after the check-out.
Since the key was not locked, we were worried that someone could have entered the room and taken stuff, so we checked the description of the room, and it talks about a Blu-ray player and a DVD Player, but we couldn't find them. Also, it said that there were toiletries, but the soap container was empty. We asked about this to the host on Booking, but we NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.
The room has no sound isolation (even though the description says it does), and you can hear a lot of noise coming from the adjacent rooms and some noise of neighbors right outside the window. During the night this noise goes down a bit, but we did hear a guy arriving in a loud motorcycle after midnight, and parking right outside.
The cleaning: dirty bathroom (disgusting stuff between the toilet seat and the lid), sticky microwave buttons, a rusty kettle, etc.
We were told beforehand that we could receive mail, but there is no mailbox to be seen, so we asked about it and we were again ignored by the host.
In summary, the host completely ignored our messages during the stay. What would have happened if we had even bigger problems during our 4 nights?

The location was excellent. It was a very quiet, picturesque area but was fairly near the city centre. Trams and buses were nearby.
More explanation about how the kitchen equipment worked.

Quiet location in residential area, a perfect escape from the busy city while still convenient to get anywhere by public transportation. Bed is exceptionally comfy and everything sparkling clean! Bathroom is totally functional and spacious, and I didn't have any issues. Last but not least, the host was super kind and helpful when I was in need.
Nothing for my stay. But if remote work is in consideration there is only a small table inside the room.

The room was very pretty and clean. We loved the little fruit bowl and wine, also they provided coffee, which made mornings very enjoyable. The area is lovely, i enjoyed sitting outside and just people watch while having a coffee. The pier which is 5 minutes away is very cute, we enjoyed walking back in the evening from the tram station (which is 10 mins away and offers direct access to city center)
The host was lovely and also has a cute puppy! :)

Very nice and big room for Amsterdam.
Super clean studio for two, has everything you need. it is a bit further from the center but we rented a motorbike so we are satisfied with the location.

It was very organized and clean and the kitchen utensils made out stay easier and practical.
We had a problem with the bathroom. It was not possible to take a long shower, because the water used to overflow and run out onto the floor.

Really nice place to stay in Amsterdam. Have never been to Eastern Docklands before and enjoyed the area a lot. Thanks to the host for the books about surrounding's architecture in the room. Beds are comfy, sheets super clean. Everything you might need is in the room — microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, etc. Reachable by foot from the central station, really nice walk along the water.

It was easy to find and the neighbourhood is very friendly. We were welcomed by the lovely owners who had prepared the apartment perfectly. Great touches such as fresh fruit, snacks and even shower gel/shampoos so we didn’t have to get our own.
Only three stops on the tram to Amsterdam Centraal so near enough to the centre but far enough away to be quiet.
The communication was great, the apartment was lovely and it seems they had thought of everything !

The apartment is a little out of town but easily reached via a 26 tram or 43 bus from the Central Station and a short walk. A No 7 tram at the end of the street takes you to the Museum District in 15 minutes. Truss helpfully allowed us to drop our bags after an early flight to make the most of our first day. It is compact with a microwave to warm food and a nice Nespresso machine. The small bowl of fruit and small wine on arrival was thoughtful and appreciated. The district is really friendly and has a good community feel to it.
There is a small table to eat breakfast but a larger bench and table at the front. Really good in the kind of weather we had and gave a chance to chat with the locals but might be a bit more restrictive if the weather was less kind. There are a few restaurants locally but a few were closed for part of the week or in the evening.

Excellent area, quiet neighborhood, transportation nearby.
Garbage was not picked up daily.

Very nice and copy. A super comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood.
There was only one key and we were two people going to different meetings. The key keeping place was not the best one. Would have love to at least have two copies.

The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice. It was on the water. The room was comfortable and quite big with a lot of equipment. A perfect place to rest after spending time in the busy center.
It was quite far from the center and there wasn't a place we could cook. It was very noisy as wel since we could hear the people living above us walk and talk. We don't really know if this room was worth the big amount of money.

The room is super nice and clean and in a very nice and quite location, with a lot of water around but close enough to also enjoy the city. Perfect for long term stays as it is equiped with a fridge and microwave. They were super friendly and flexible with me and will definetely consider staying here when I go back to Amsterdam.
Everything was very nice. No complaints at all.
