Fantastic decor and customer service

Very clean and the swimming pool was fantastic and fantastic customer service too. They helped me with the booking changes when they could have just said non refundable so very pleased. Plus the breakfast was fantastic. Overall the hotel was very plush so good value. Just don't pay extra for a room with a balcony unless you are getting their top suite.

The air con and shower head was very temperamental. No point paying extra and getting a room with a balcony just to look at a brick wall on the ground floor!! Didn't know till we got there plus our clothes didn't dry out there either and we left them on the balcony for 2 days!

The location is bad also the lobby it wasn't that good / the room was good but the bathroom needed a reinvention the tub was very outdated

Superb

Location is perfect, Breakfast are really nice with a buffet, barista for the coffee. The pool on the roof was perfect to relax after long walk on the beach and in the city.

Room are clean BUT the shower was a little damage and badly made so the water goes under the ceramic tile with some juicy feeling when walking on the tiles after a shower. Other than that the place was perfect and if I go back to Seminiak there is chance I return to the same hotel because the location was perfect and the price was fair.

Perfect! Such an amazing place…

The rooms were clean, and tidy. Staff were lovely! The food was outstanding, every breakfast all the room service and pool food was amazing.

The pool beds didn’t have any shade, and the shower heads were crap.

Great breakfast. Whirlpool room was great. Day Spa facilities were great. Short walk down the street to the heart of Seminyak, courtesy shuttle available to drop you to the shopping centre.

Returning for my second stay, I was again impressed by this hotel's superb location, beautiful views

I've had the pleasure of returning to this hotel for the second time, and once again, it has left me thoroughly impressed. The fantastic location, coupled with the genuinely helpful staff, continues to make my stays memorable. The highlight remains the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views that never fail to captivate, and the picturesque breakfast setting adds to the charm, with its buffet boasting a diverse array of options. Additionally, the shuttle service provided by the hotel was exceptional, efficiently taking us to Seminyak and enhancing the overall convenience of our stay

On this occasion, our room lacked a balcony, a minor drawback that I'd recommend avoiding by selecting a room with outdoor space, not only for relaxation but also for the convenience of drying wet clothes

Customer service, 10/10 Staff are super friendly and attentive and a joy to be around had some great laughs (shout out to Beny and Jery) they Remember you and your family. Perfect size, not too busy, food was delicious buffet breakfast always a hit! Rooms were big enough, comfy beds, big bathroom, easy enough to get around. One hour Full body massage, amazing! Perfect hotel everything you need! We didn’t leave for the first 3 days enjoyed it too much to explore.

Can’t fault anything, would 100% return.

Overall Good

Nice and clean, environment was good and there shuttle to beach and seminyak village. Breakfast were good. Overall good feel. The jacuzzi in our family room was nice but its facing some ugly roof which kind of dampen tOverahe nice feel.

checking in took too long, check in time should be 2pm, but we waited and were only given our rooms after 3pm. Waiting time almost 45mins.

Superb

The room was huge, spacious, clean and comfy. Terrace with whirlpool is also amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and pool is okay-ish. I was there twice this year and will come again.

One night a hornet came first to terrace and then entered the room through little gap in balcony doors. Luckily, staff was quick to react after the call and came with anti-insect spray and removed it.

Fabulous!

My second time at this hotel and it was just as amazing as the first time. Rooms are amazing - spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is outdstanding!! Pool is great!

amazing staff, breakfast, and location

staff were amazing, nice, and helpful. The spa was incredible and very relaxing. breakfast included was very nice and even had option for different types of coffee, made to order eggs/omelettes, pancakes were so good and the outdoor dining area was beautiful

Hot tub in the suite wasn’t really clean enough to enjoy, roof was leaking a little in the hallway (although there were thunderstorms)

Seminyak is a dirty beach ! lots of plastic bags, etc! The ocean is nervous, it’s not appropriate for swimming!

Would not recommend, dirty rooms and slow service.

The spa is large and a great addition to the room.

We arrived at 12pm and were advised that we could check in at 2pm, however when we returned at 3pm, the room was not ready until 3:45pm. No explanation until we had to ask multiple times. The air conditioning was not working properly, we overheard some other guests complain too so the room was very hot. The shower and spa water smelt funky and the towels were dirty.

Would never stay again, would not recommend. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Nothing at all was to like about this property!

What I didn’t like about the property was that check in time was supposed to be at 12:00, they didn’t let us check in until AFTER 6pm. When we returned after 6pm to check into our room, our key/card wasn’t working so I went to speak to the staff to have the issue rectified which was mission impossible. They tried 3 times, had to call someone to take the door apart to try and fix it, but this stage it was around 8pm and we just wanted to shower and get into our room. Our room was absolutely disgusting, dirty floors, dirty sheets, mouldy bathroom and the sage didn’t work. I went to speak to the hotel staff and demanded a new room which they said they couldn’t do because they were fully booked, after arguing with them for 45 minutes they finally moved us into a different room which seemed to have been recently renovated but was still dirty. The photos are not at all what the hotel looks like, the pool was green and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. The floating bean bags had mould on them, the cocktails were off and their food was all horrid. I will never stay here again, we had 6 rooms booked with all our friends. If we hadn’t of all been there we would have moved hotels!!!!

Highly recommended

Best hotel we stayed in Bali, staff are exceptional kind, shuttle bus services to the beach and shop. hotel located in a very quiet location but not far from the shopping area. Varieties to chose from the breakfast buffet and the restaurant area with beautiful overlook. Taking this opportunity to say many thanks to the hotel’s security, he has rushed out to get exchange for the small amount to pay for the taxi at night. Opened the door for guests stepping out and then checked if any thing guests still leaving in the car that an exception caring, hard to find at any hotels.
