lovely stay with exceptional staff

the staff were amazing, the food variety and quality was really good. the pool area and beach were lovely.

The environment was good facilities spacious and good atmosphere.

The reception was pathetic no public relation and poor customer relation no proper water facilities i.e no mineral water hygiene is below standard, staff are un professional can't provide assistance to customers you have to carry your baggage from the rooms even if they see you they just pass you as though you are a bother to them it's the worst resort l have ever been to. Room phone not working request reception to check no body bothered.

superb beach, excellent staff, property needs TLC.

The beach infront of the hotel is exceptional, truly magnificent! The grounds are also lush and beautiful! The drinks were great, the staff absolutely fantastic, which is quite impressive for such a big place, you need assistance, someone comes to you quickly and with that superb Kenyan hospitality!

The rooms are quite old looking, the towels are terrible and old (I was glad to have brought face cloths because I didn’t feel comfortable using the towels) I really hope they get new ones soon. This was the biggest problem for me. The all inclusive is good value for money, but as expected, the food gets quite monotonous after a couple of days, but there are plenty of other places to eat a short tuktuk ride away.

it is right in the beach and next to shops and supermarket. the food was lovely and varied and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

minor issues with Wi-Fi sometimes cutting out and TV not best signal.

I need a longer stay there😊

The concept of the Resort is good, the staff nice and helpful.

The management cannot handle the situation that many stupid European guests fly to another continent just to occupy a sun-bed without using it not only for the day but for the night also. Please someone start to throw out these occupied matraces to the beach sand area.

wonderful and full of enjoyment

it was amazing experience to stay in Diani sea resort. we booked for 5 nights but then we extended it for 10 nights because we didn’t want to leave that place. wonderful garden and very beautiful beach. security was very nice and food was absolutely more than our expectations. specially some dinners were unbelievable. but the most impressive thing were staffs. very kind and friendly and helpful and always with smiles specially I can mention Veronica, Hamza and Omar which they made our holiday more comfortable. we are impatiently waiting to come back to this resort soon.

It was a lovely stay and we enjoyed . The food definitely needs to be better tasting .

The staff was very good. The location, the pool and the overall property look and feel was very nice . They had lovely seating and relaxing places all across the property.

The meals were very bad . While there was no dirth of drink and food items , the taste was bad . The vegetarian options were very limited and very basic. Also the water in the shower and taps was extremely salty making it very uncomfortable to bathe.

everything, absolutely everything. beautiful location and premises, the service feels personalised even if it is a all inclusive because all the staff treats you as a single person and will go out of their way without being too stiff or formal, very friendly. the food was fresh and the drinks deliciously made. everything was clean, the room, the pool, buffet and restaurant. we even had a massage and Milly was absolutely brilliant and experienced in her job. on our way back to Nairobi we flown over the resort and saw that it may be the biggest one around too, we already thought to go back and that confirmed our idea.

beautiful beach, questionable food & value

the beach is beautiful and the outdoor/pool area is also very nice. we also did a snorkeling excursion that was so fun and a great value. all the staff were also so lovely and kind!

the food was pretty good, but sadly two of our group got food poisoning the first night and the third also fell victim the second day. definitely not what we were hoping given how expensive it was to stay there.

In general my stay was so great, met my expectations, green amazing areas, friendly staff and the food was good......

The bed was so uncomfortable, we expect a kings size mattress, not two individual joined together.

Great location, friendly staff. Accommodating

Staff was so accommodating. The property was wonderful and a great way to end a long safari. The location and views were amazing.

The staff was sometimes hard to reach for refills of drinks (Non-Alcoholic & Alcoholic).
