С террасы номера открывается необыкновенный вид на собор, горы и монастырь Джвари. Место тихое, отдохновенное. Хозяева очень гостеприимны и стремятся сделать отдых максимально комфортным и интересным. Меню завтраков и время подачи согласовываются с отдыхающими. При желании можно заказать обед, и он будет вкусным. Браво хозяйке Азе!

Чистота и комфорт пока не дотягивают до европейского уровня. Но для нас это далеко не самое главное. Гораздо важнее - встретить дружественных приятных людей.

Amazing stay

Amazing location best the cathedral. There is a courtyard where you can enjoy the sun. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The hosts are helpful and friendly. I recommend.

Buena ubicación pero quizás no preparada para el invierno.

Estupenda ubicación en pleno centro, al lado de la catedral.

La cama principal era incómoda, con muelles que se clavaban en mi espalda. Pocas mantas y escasa calefacción.

A terrace with The view!

Everything was perfect. The location was amazing, and everything was sparkly clean. The host was very helpful. We should certainly return for more days, not just one.

That we stayed only one night! ;-)

Fine, assuming that there normally is water

* Central location * Early check-in * AC in the room * Bed - had a great sleep

* There was no water till late in the evening * My room was rather small and a little dark * Bathroom had modest quality

Location is the only good point here.

The picture is misleading because they don't have a rooftop terrace for guests. There are 3 rooms on the ground floor each with a bathroom. there is a very small refrigerator a sink and a kettle in the hallway. The location is really the only selling point of the guesthouse/hotel. If you need anything you must stand in the street and catch the family's attention in their upstairs apartment.

A homey place at a place with exceptional location

A nice and welcoming host with an amazing location in Mtskheta. A nice room in a house literally in the immediate neighborhood of the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral with a kind and helpful owner. This will be my choice for my next visit in Mtskheta as well.

One of our favorite stays during our trip through Georgia! Perfect location and everything is in a walking distance. The owner and his family live in the same house and treat guests with all Georgian hospitality. They greeted us with a huge bottle of tasty Georgian wine and gave recommendation on the best restaurant, where locals prefer to eat - absolutely delicious food!!!Old Capital has option for homemade breakfasts, which we enjoyed a lot. It was very good, affordable, and kept us full until dinner. If you travel on car, be aware - Old Capital locates inside restricted parking area. For the very first time you will have park somewhere around, walk to the guesthouse and Georgi (the owner) will help to come through the gate.

Probably the best in Mtskheta

I really liked the place for its comfort, the views and the owners. Giorgi is such a good person and storyteller. Don't hesitate to ask him about Georgia and Mtskheta city! Also I really like the breakfast (they asking about what I would like to eat) - thx Aza :)
