Very poor

Rude staff. Not interested. The rooms have weird smell. No maintenance. No bell boy for luggage. Overall rooms are not cozy.

location good, staff friendly, clean comfortable room and one big plus of the hotel is that you can use outdoor swimming pool 24 hours , during my stay it was rainy night unfortunately but we enjoyed a lot by the way ❤️

Around 2 hrs i was asking about hot water . After that i left this hotel , they actually weren't ready for guests i guess

it was just as good as expected

the hotel was great, all the staff are very polite and nice to you. Definitely a place to spend some time and rest. As for the food, it was very tasty and great with normal prices.

it would be better to take just a little bit more attention to the cleaness of not the room but the chairs.

Absolutely not worth it. Wish I hadn’t gone.

The location was great. We wanted the. Last 2 days of our Georgian holiday to be relaxed. We chose this hotel because of the pool. We should have realised when we were the only guests that something was wrong with the place.

Everything. The place is tired and worn out. When we arrived we were given a room 203 (supposed to be deluxe with terrace!) we found the air con didn’t work. But the toilet paper was from previous guest, as were the used toiletries and soap! The reception didn’t seem surprised…they just directed us to a different room. The air con was terrible in that room too. 207. The shower head was broken in room 2, and it was very noisy next to the? Aircon? Condenser, which did not work. But worst was the pool. We wanted the pool. We had a swim when we arrived, and then found that overnight the pool had been emptied, and took another day to refill! So NO POOL. Breakfast was ok. The restaurant upstairs did serve us a meal, but shut at 9, so we had to move, and there was no barman. We had about 9 staff serving us by doing nothing basically. Worst value for money I have ever experienced, and we try and get different experiences.

Some of the staff were rude, they dont speak english and when the AC was not cold enough and the water in the toilet is not hot i was unable to take a shower.

View from the room, pool is kept clean, guy at restaurant is nice

Very noisy room, problems with water and air-con. Breakfast served very late and is very poor. Unhelpful young stuff, very rude and no english or russian language spoken. Overpriced airport transfer. Pool open to non hotel guest during weekend: overcrowded! No covid protocols in place at all. SPA not working. Generally not a good experience.

Great view overlooking the church & monastery. Pleasantly suprised about the jacuzzi & Finnish sauna! Would definitely stay again if going through Mtskheta.

Good, comfortable rooms.

I have never seen anything like this. We have booked the room for one night, main purpose was to use the outdoor pool the next day. On the next day, while check-out (12:00), we were told that we could only use the pool until check out, they demanded to pay money for using the pool service, we refused and gone.
