Superb

The hose has a big dinning room, well prepareted kitchen, outdoor space which is cool if you want too cook during the travel, and also has a private refrigerator in your room, not just in kitchen. Near there is a good restaurante.

In the restaurante there was a party and it was little loud, but we don't know how offen they have parties. There is a grinder toilet, which is little loud.

Paradise. Experience of living in nature, cosy room, peace,common living room, kitchen. Hospitality+

Self service kitchen <3 Spacious dinning room w. televison. Tea, coffee, toaster, microwave. The owner let us sleep as much as we wanted after late descent from tiring alpinistic descent.

It was all perfect. Higly recommending stayin 3km out of Bovec city.

Perfect accomodation for our 5-day skiing trip

Villa Korošec was an excellent choice for our two families' five-day skiing trip in Kanin/Sella Nevea. A few minutes drive from the Skiing center was just fine. The check-in was seamless, communication straightforward and pleasant, and the place gave us all we needed, just as advertised. The rooms are functional and comfortable, just like the kitchen and the dining area that we used a lot.

a great stay in a quiet little town

The beds were comfy, the shower was great with plenty of hot water, there was heat in the room. Best of all, the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The grocery store was 5 minutes away by car. There was a washing machine in the kitchen for washing clothes. And the owners were friendly and very quick to respond when we needed anything. The Juliana Trail goes right by the house.

Everything was fine. The accomodation is situated in a big house with several apartments. Every apartment has it's own bathroom and bedroom. There are shared facilities such as dining room, toilette and kitchen. The stay was nice in a lovely village very close to river Soča. It was actually a very good accomodation for an offered price, we are definitely satisfied.

The place is well maintained and it’s very clean. Our room comes with private bathroom and shared kitchen & laundry machine. Mountain View is amazing.

The only thing I can think of is the curtain is a bit thing . It gets very bring early in the morning in summer.

Perfect rooms to base yourself to explore Bovec and the surrounding locations. The rooms were large and the shared kitchen made it easy to prepare food for lunches etc.

Nice, clean room, comfy bed, lovely common area with well equipped kitchen, but there is a good restaurant in the next building as well. There are a lot of parking place in front of the house for free. All in all, it's worth the price.

We would not stay there again until they improve things.

The matrasses were comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped (appliances like dishwasher, toaster, kettle and water boiler, fridge, etc.), we even saw a washing machine. The location in itself is great, with fine parking area. Towels, liquid soap and shower gel is provided.

No Air Condition in the room. The street is so noisy with cars passing by regularly, so we barely could sleep during our holiday. There is a small fan, it works well, but again it is extremely loud. The WIFI was very bad. The fridge in the room is barely cooling. The sink is so small in the bathroom that you need to wash face over the tap, so you splash everywhere. Changing these things they could do much better.

Really nice view and super friendly staff

The environment of the house is simply wonderful! The host was super friendly, she allowed us to arrive earlier, got some tea bags and a little shower gel, many towels. You can use the kitchen where you can find basic things like salt, pepper, sugar and many pot, etc... On the dining room there are cards, board games as well.. You can use the grill area too, just bring yourself some charcoal. I really offer for anyone who wants to have a chill weekend or a week on the area, you've find the best host for it! Thank you for everything.

Some other guest was too noisy on the stairs what is woke us up but per occassion it took only for few minutes and it wasn't about the hotel just about our relaxation.

Excellent location surrounded by mountains and rivers. Great spot for walks.

The digital control for the heater was broken and stuck on full heat the first night but we managed to fix this ourselves the next day.

The cosiest guesthouse with the sweetest host!

Miranda is one of the most enthusiastic and sweetest hosts I have ever come across! You can tell she loves to host and is happy to meet every single guest. We extended our stay by an extra night as we were so happy with our room, the view, the location, and the facilities. Although there is no breakfast service at the guesthouse, I still give it a 10 as you can easily go to a supermarket in Bovec, and prepare your meal in the well-equipped kitchen. You also have a small fridge in the room, which we only found at the end of our stay, but which would be so handy.

I can't think of anything at all! It was perfect.

The Coziest stay in Bovec!

We loved our time in Bovec and this was the perfect accommodation for us. Cosy, good location, easy parking outside, amazing 360 mountain views, comfy beds. It was also really convenient to have a fridge in the room and a shared kitchen to use.

The only thing to mention was that we never actually met the staff and our room was not cleaned during the 4 nights that we stayed there. not the end of the world but having the rubbish taken out and new towels would have been a nice touch!

Well located in the heart of Cezsoca. No problems with parking, compared to Bovec.

The building is very noisy - please delete "sound insulation" from the description, it is actually not there. The bathroom was not cleaned properly at arrival.

Great stay

Some reviews on booking say that the room was not up to their standards, but we thought the room was actually really cozy and clean. The wooden furniture was part of the charm of a chalet in the mountains. We had our breakfast and dinner at the restaurant across the street, where we had really great food for good value! There were a lot of activities in the neighbourhood which were easy accessible by car or bike. We recommend this place for staying in Bovec.

It bothered me that there was no black-out curtain on the velux window. We also had some annoyingly loud neighbours, who stayed up late and woke up early... And if the light in the room or the neighbours didn't wake you up in the morning, the church bells at 7am certainly would.

All fine, except for the bed.

Ideal base to explore the gorgeous Soca valley. Parking was always manageable. The shared kitchen was well equipped. The window blinds and curtains worked perfectly to keep early daylight off the room. The Vancar restaurant across the road is an easy option, and they have a great trampoline for kids.

The third bed (a foldable one) was pretty terrible. We found that the Vancar restaurant is OK, but not the best value for money in the area.

Cosy apartment - good value for money!

It's a lovely apartment on the outskirts of Bovec! Everything is nicely done- the room was comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was really everything you might need. The eating area is spacious, too. The surroundings are nice. Nature is close and you can see the surrounding mountains from the room. Given the prices for other accommodation in the area, I think this is really good value for money!

Very good

Big appartment with balcony, close to the soca. It was clean and we could find everything we needed (kitchen stuff, towels, extra pillows, blankets etc.) We got fast help from the owner to start the heater, that was great! There was a good parking space in front.

The internet router needs an update, was not working with my mac book pro but with the phones. The check in was in the restaurant on the other side of the street. We felt not really welcome there.

It is a sweet cozy home stay perfectly located for water sports and hikes. The restaurant across the street has good food at a fair price. Parking was easy and free.
