Excellent choice for a superb stay in Hexham

Facilities were great, atmosphere was great and the staff excellent

Booking.com messages were “hacked” and fraudulent payments taken from my card…nothing to do with the hotel. In fact they were very helpful

The hotel was excellent with very helpful staff.

Parking was difficult as the garage had limited space and it was difficult to find a space outside.

No 1 hotel in Hexham

Request for early checkin (to attend wedding in the afternoon) was met with ease, booking of taxis (to get to wedding) was also perfectly organised, breakfast was brilliant and the beds were soooooo comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable, very central hotel. The staff were excellent. They even had time to help us when they were very busy preparing for a wedding.

Parking was a problem. The hotel park was very small. The street parking was limited and by disc.

Great place to discover Hexham and surroundings

Great location. Room almost perfect apart from lack of drawers.

The breakfast cost (£15 per head) when we really couldn’t justify another £120 on the cost of our break. So many choices around the hotel so why just an all or nothing deal in the hotel?

ideal location in the centre of town. friendly staff and great food. the room was comfortable and well furnished.

there is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom other than the radiator - not enough for 2 people

beautiful big walk-in shower but the water was only Luke warm couldn’t get it to heat up
