Good location. Clean room. Friendly staff.
All good

The room was well equipped, but bed was not the kingsize advertised. Breakfast was limted choice but ok
The windows had no secondary glazing, the only ventilation in the room was to open the bottom sash which meant you could hear the hooligans in the bar and later in the street throughout the night. No wonder the owner prides earplugs next to the bed

Lovely room. Emaculately clean. Comfy bed. Beautiful decor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lots of positives. Definitely recommend and will stay again.
The room we had was beautiful. The only downside is so little natural light with one window which overlooked a roof and fire escape. I was a bit shocked on one occasion to have a member of the team run up the fire escape pass our roof viewing room. Luckily a towel saved my dignity.

Sadly had to leave before having a full breakfast but, what was left out for us was excellent choice to choose from
A little noisy when in bed but to be expected where we were so not a big issue a

Nice breakfast on Saturday morning. Also had a very nice evening meal on the Friday night.
Unfortunately the noise levels from the bar area and external eating areas, as well as weekend rowdiness, between 11pm and 2am, were far too intrusive. I have made my views plain to hotel staff when I checked out.
3.0
Comfortable bed and staff were helpful
No parking any where near you have to use public parking about quarter of a mile away. Hopeless on a motorcycle.
4.0
Location very good. Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly.
Lack of parking was the main problem.

Lovely upgraded room as it was quiet, the two ladies on duty on the evening I stayed couldn't have been more helpful. Can't comment on food as I didn't eat there but breakfast was excellent.I would definitely go back.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and a friendly warm welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and everything we needed to know ie fire escapes, meal times etc was explained fully. Beds extremely comfortable lovely bedding. Breakfast was delicious and duty staff efficient and very friendly

Everything to my liking.

Great place. Friendly staff. Lovely choice at breakfast. Comfortable room. Range of restaurants nearby.

Attention to detail was really good. Very comfortable bed, beautifully decorated room and spotlessly clean. Lovely atmosphere - staff friendly and welcoming. We'd been warned by the hotel that it can be noisy - there were road works early one morning , but apart from that, our room was at the front by the road and we couldn't hear anything. Great location - very ose to rail and bus stations.
Nothing!

Unfortunately street outside hotel is undergoing road works so access difficult. Arrived at 7.55pm only to be told food service unavailabe as servicer stopped at 8.00pm
Very small double room at rear. Staff member mentioned room gets hot therefore a fan was in operation. Not surprisiong room was hot as central heating was on. Attempted to turn off radiator but made no difference

Friendly staff. Good shower. Nice room and selection of teas and coffees.
Room a bit noisy and bed cover too warm for the season.

Parking is a real problem

The hotel is in the centre of the town so ideally placed for pubs, restaurants etc.
The staff are very friendly and helpful
off site parking was in a public carpark a few hundred metres away.
Lighting in the bedroom was poor and no adequate for reading

Coach and Horses excellent for visiting the area. Many historic sites to see. Excellent accommodation. Brilliant staff in all areas.
All good.

Everything from the location, the room was outstanding, modern with every extra touch you could want. Would recommend staying for breakfast because the full English was phenomenal.
Just one more thing to add, and that's just to say a massive thanks to Ian who took care of us during our stay. He's got a knack of being there when you need him but never in your face, just a really friendly guy. Staff wise ian's the star of the show, and whoever owns the coach and horses is lucky to have him.
Absolutely nothing accommodation wise. Just the rain, tons of it.
5.0
Excellent customer service. Ian went out of his to direct us to a suitable parking space as roadworks were in progress.
The room was amazing, filled with little extras even face masks, dressing robes and slippers.
Very clean, warm and cosy .
Our evening meal was delicious and very fairly priced.
The breakfast was lovely and lady who served us was very friendly .
Probably one of the best places we have stayed in. Thank you
Current roadworks make parking a little tricky .
However plenty of car parks in the area.

Friendly staff ideal location
Breakfast and milk was off on complementary tray

Lovely historic Inn located within a short walk of town centre. We really liked the open plan area for breakfast and staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Bed mattress a bit on the soft side
Road side bedrooms can be a bit noisy (we had major ongoing road works during our visit)

Lovely welcome on arrival and very attentive. The breakfast took a little longer than some places BUT this is due to it obviously being freshly cooked to order and i'm more than happy to wait that extra 5 mins for freshly cooked breakie. I went for poached eggs, bacon and beans on toast. Very good indeed.
