Domek dla 6 osób - hawana

Bardzo ładne domki, czysto i dużo miejsca. Trzy sypialnie, dwa salony, kuchnia, łazienka, taras i wiatrołap. Domki są bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Widok na góry.

Odległość domku do centrum Karpacza to 30 minut pieszo. Domki są słabo oznaczone. Nasz domek to 79/2, główny numer 79 jest oznaczony dobrze, natomiast w domku są 4 apartamenty, nigdzie nie ma informacji na drzwiach, czy obok, że jest to dany numer domku. Przyjechaliśmy w 6 osób - dwoma samochodami. Pan obsługujący parking, mimo że był praktycznie pusty nie pozwolił zaparkować na wolnym miejscu tylko kazał stanąć wzdłuż wąskiej drogi przy krawężniku. Dopiero po prośbie wyraził zgodę, aby stanąć na parkingu na miejscu "gościa". Wcześniej również rozmawiałam telefonicznie i informowałam, że będą dwa samochody i chcielibyśmy dokupić parking. Niestety tutaj jest jeden minus.

В помешканні є все що необхідно для відпочинку.

У ванній кімнаті прохолодно, не вистачає теплої підлоги. Wi-Fi присутній, але швидкість завантаження дужеее низька.

clean and modern accommodation.

very clean and modern, great location we were able to walk to the centre of Karpacz

I didn’t notice that there was no washing machine which was a bit of a problem for us travelling with 3 young kids, but managed to get clothes laundered in nearby hotel. flat is on two levels with two double bedrooms on first floor but all toilets located downstairs, this was a bit of a worry for us with small kids waking at night wanting to use toilet, I’d say maybe not best choice for family like ours but definitely would be great for friends or family with older kids. Other than that we were very comfortable.

To był bardzo udany pobyt w Karkonoszach!

Duży plus za czystość w domku i jego wyposażenie, szczególnie kuchni. Teren osiedla zadbany i ogrodzony, miejsce parkingowe już na nas czekało :) Jako że byliśmy z dwójką synów, bardzo doceniliśmy pobliskie boisko Orlik.

Zabrakło tylko klimatyzatora, ponieważ pogoda bardzo nam dopisała i nocą było w domku ciepło. Szkoda, że trafiliśmy na lokatorów nad nami, którzy niekoniecznie przestrzegali ciszy nocnej..., ale nic z tym nie chcieliśmy robić, bo zostały nam 2 noce do wyjazdu.

Rainey Karpacz without snow

Wi fi didn't work. Netflix also for a week. It worked few houses from us. We could not receive wi fi for a week. They tried to help but didn't work. We wanted to vacuum but vacuum was very noisy and no capacity. After complaining we receive completely new vacuum cleaner. Cleaners should check all utilities when they are cleaning. Service care about guests where among their possibilities. We will return.

Good to visit both in summer and winter. We would choose the same accomodation if we visited the same town.

Amazing apartment. Wonderful interior with the great view on the yard. Parking space just in front of the house.

Jakość i czystość nie odpowiada cenie. Mieszkać było nie komfortowo.

Domek znajduje się nie tak daleko od stoku (10 min samochodem). Zadbana i czysta terytoria kompleksu. Piękny widok z terasy.

Niestety mieszkać było nie komfortowo w apartamentach. Zepsuta toaleta, zatkany zlew w kabinie prysznicowej, (nie możliwe było kąpać się, bo woda wypływała z kabiny i była wszędzie😤) zamek w toaletę też jest zepsuty i nie działał. Naczynia są, ale połowa niestety brudna. Jest zmywarka ale brak soli i płynu, dla tego ona w ogóle nie robią swoją robotę i za każdym razem naczynia było brudne.

The reception is in a completely different location. The furniture is worn out. The coffee machine does not work due to the lack of a filter. Instant coffee in bags ( Shower stall is cramped

Bardzo komfortowy apartament w spokojnej okolicy. Idealny na odpoczynek. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę.

Apartament bardzo przestronny i wygodny. Wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne plus ekspres do kawy (chociaż można by zostawić ze 2-3 filtry wtedy nie trzeba będzie ich samodzielnie szukać w sklepach). Spokojna okolica w sam raz na odpoczynek z rodziną. Bardzo blisko krucze skały (dosłownie 5min spaceru).

Wszystko mi się podobało, ale jeżeli mam już pisać co można by poprawić to można by dodać ręczniki na podłogę, wtedy znacznie łatwiej jest zachować czystość w łazience oraz bezpieczeństwo. Dodatkowo można by zostawić na wyposażeniu kilka filtrów do kawy, aby nie trzeba było szukać w sklepach.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Very good value for the money, not too expensive. Situated within a walking distance from the main street , shops and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Clean and good equipped kitchen.

The only obstacle was the collection of keys not in the property, but in the city center, where it is difficult to park.

Unforgettable family time

The house was very elegant, clean and comfy when we only got inside it was big “wow” for us.

Nothing really comes to my mind as we really enjoyed the stay inside plus the fireplace in living room I must say it was so nice.

Loved this apartment and facilities. Town center is approx 2 km away and arranging a taxi was convenient. Definitely recommends this place.

Great stay. Would use again for sure

The place is very beautiful and in a nice location. Tranquile and convenient.

Keys are picked up and then delivered not in the house itself. All communication only in polish (I had a booking canceled because they asked me to pay in polish so I didn’t do). If information was also on English, or other languages, it would be nice.
