Very run down, did not feel comfortable and couldn’t wait to check out the next morning.

We had a new bathroom area. Was the cleanest part of the room

The cigarette smoke smell, the old mattress, people coming to our door asking for spare change and cigarettes. The paper thin walls that let you hear everything from others.

Handy for the ferry but in desperate need of upgrading.

Had two separate 1 night stays. Room 26 - smells like mould, is dirty and the door doesn’t lock. Room 6 - is much better but the sink tap needs fixing. Clean sheets!

Never go there. !!!! We are still waiting for our refund.

Absolutely nothing.

This would have to be the worst hotel we have ever booked. We stayed 10 minutes, long enough to take photos. Kitchen cupboard missing. Sink tap not connected. Mould was on windows, shower area and walls. Outside had dead plants. Dirty metal ash trays. We had access to the asbestos roof if we wanted to. Not safe for children. Dirty torn curtains. We have requested a refund but it has fallen on deaf ears. It's now in the hands of consumer affairs, council and booking.com

Exceptional

Room was neat, tidy, warm, with comfortable beds, bathroom and carpets could be updated but not essential to the stay and were clean and functionable. Very close and convenient to Spirit Ferry Terminal. Staff were friendly and polite and check in/out was easy.

Really convenient location. Bed is soft and comfortable.

Really old inside bathroom looks not clean. Bathroom no basin.

Useful because of closeness to ferry departure on Spirit of Tasmania but accommodation sub-standard.

The staff were nice but the place needs some fairly serious general maintenance

Check in was easy and the room was clean

The room was very tired looking . It had a .broken toilet system lid .The bed wasnt very comfortable and the door latch was tricky to lock
