Clean, 2 bedroom apt on 4th floor, 6 min walk S-Bahn

Spacious, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is modern and clean with comfortable beds (sleeps up to six). Functional kitchen and living room with LCD TV and a stack of DVDs. Great location , 6-7 min walk to S-Bahn and nearby restaurants.

Apt is located on 4th floor. Check-in directions via email.

Week trip with a party of six

The apartment was spacious, well furnished and over all nice. It's easy to make it feel like home away from home. Wifi and Tv worked great, as well as the washing machine and drying rack. Great touch to have a fans in the bedrooms! The location was near the S-bahn, stores and shops in walking distance, nice playground in the back. Would recommend!

The bathroom is tiny and the shower even smaller, altough they had figured out a way to make it work. The aparment was in a need of a deep clean as a lot of dust has settled into crevicis. The couches have seen better days but were pretty comfy. The apartment is on the fourth floor(or fifth the ground floor counts as zero) and its a lot of walking with bags and kids.

Room with character, centrally located, easy access to the train and connection to Alexanderplatz

The apartment was very clean throughout, with a comfortable bed and good pillows, good working smart tv, fast wifi, and the room had character! The studio apartment is on the fifth floor but 120 steps later it's a little treasure tucked away on the top of the building! It was well-organized, and I had everything I needed for my short stay. Although small, it was comfortable and large enough for 2 people. Very good location, safe to walk at night, and it is well connected by train to the main Alexanderplatz, from which you can walk to the main sights and also plenty to shop at! I would definitely come back.

The train! It was very loud at night and unfortunately, because the apartment is on the top floor it can get very hot. Not the owner's fault. So I had to keep the windows open, which did not help with the noise! This is the only reason I gave it an 8. You get used to the noise after a couple of nights, but if only staying a couple of nights it can be rather tiring to go on without a good night's sleep. Perhaps a small fan and darker/sun-insulating curtains in the room would have helped the situation. Also, if you choose this property, bring earplugs! My friend used hers and she couldn't hear a thing. I would definitely come back! One thing I would have appreciated was an iron and an iron board!

Great location - five min walk to train station. Clean and tidy apartment. Smooth and easy check in and departure.

Curtains let in a lot of light for one side of the apartment.

Great apartment, very nice, furnitured and you can find there all the basic utils for your stay. Nicely decorated. Near to the public transport station, few of shop around and during the weekend also free parking in the area.

Disappointing

Nice apartment, cosy.

The hostess started telling us that she would have to clean the walls after us, that we would splash them.) Apparently, she suspects that people are having too much fun and need to be upset) Of course we didn't splash anything and we weren't going to) In apartment 7, in the living room, my friends were bitten by bedbugs. We even caught two and put them in a glass) For the next two days we were busy finding out if they were disease vectors. As you can imagine, the holiday was somewhat spoilt.

Extremely smooth and prompt reply from owner, very affordable

There was a dryer and washing machine, and the owner was very kind to reply to our messages about it and also help us print documents promptly. The rooms were well lit and comfortable and the floorboards were extremely clean. It was like our home in Berlin and our stay was extremely smooth and comfortable thanks to Jean’s help!

Some of the dishes and cooking equipment were not well cleaned.

Exceptional

We stayed in the deluxe apartment on the 4th floor, it was amazing, the design is very cool. Well-equipped apartment with a lot of comforts to rest the visit in Berlin. The metro is close distance so everything is available within 15-25 minutes. The location is at the edge of the green zone so can be reached with a car too. We parked on the next side of the bridge with no problem for a few days.

We stayed in the apartment for 8 days, and everything was fine. It was a small, but comfortable living, very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Very close to public transport stations. Self check-in. The building had a very cute court-yard in the back.

Squeaky bed and 5th floor without the elevator, but that’s obviously because of the historical and old building. Staircase was very beautiful, though.

Its a Nice appartment in Berlin, with alot of space! its is 20minutes from Alexanderplatz, with uber (~25€)

A good place to stay for some days

The apartment is large and comfortable, not noisy and with a lot of things to live for a short period in a good way. The neighborhood is OK, not noisy. Subway is quite close, less than 500m but the supermarket is a km away.

In fact all was ok, just a thing was the floor, since is parquet and not young, is noisy when you walk on it, but is normal for the age of the apartment :)

We had a small apartment. It was sparkling clean. It's renovated and feels nice. This small apartment was furnished with LOTS of appliances that fulfil your needs. The nice touch was TV with netflix. The only downside is many stairs. But I would say it's a minor issue. The stairwell is clean and renovated with the old time flair. So walking through it was an additional nice experience. There are plenty of shops and a bakery near by. The train station is 3 min walk. Very easy way to get to the airport. Highly reccomend.

location seemed a little shady to us. moreover, the bathroom was way too small to take a shower without getting water everywhere.
