PERFEKT !!!

Das Zimmer war toll und ruhig. Die Angestellten waren super Nett und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Nur zu empfehlen dieses Hotel !!!

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

La ubicación, relativamente cerca del Messe Berlín, que es a donde tenía que ir cada mañana.

El precio del hotel. Casi 400 euros/noche, sin desayuno. Un atraco a mano armada. Un abuso para los profesionales que tenemos que ir a Berlin para Innotrans. Desgraciamente es un abuso generalizado en todos los alojamientos de la ciudad y no solo es este hotel sino todos. El resto del año, a menos de 100 euros la noche. Y a ese precio si es un buen hotel

Das Personal war durchgängig sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war im Vergleich groß.

Es gibt keinerlei Essensmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Frühstücks. Zum Duschen gab es nur eine Wanne mit sehr hohem Rand und einer zu kleinen Duschabtrennung. Das Frühstück war o.k., aber für vier Sterne eher einfach bestückt.

Kind staff Clean room Edeka and Lidl are in 100m walking distance.

Location: you need to walk ca. 5 minutes to reach a bus stop. From there, you need 2 more stops until U Ku'damm. Or you have to walk ca. 10 minutes to reach the metro station Uhlandstr. For those having difficulties with long distance walking, the location is not the best. The front desk staff promises you smth (during the check-in, that you will get it during your check-out, but the colleague tells you while checking out that this promise is not possible. Almost every question was responded with "just a second, I have to ask" (someone behind the reception).

As a whole, not so pleasant- small room, noise, poor lighting in the bathroom, medium breakfast.

Rooms are too small- they charged us for an executive room, that did not apply to this category.

Toll für ein Kurztrip nach Berlin :)

Sehr schönes Zimmer, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl

Einzig kleines Manko, die Brötchen waren morgens hart, Bäckerbrötchen wären einfach besser statt Aufbackbrötchen. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Sportwochenende in Berlin

Lage und Matratze, sehr gut. Wasserkocher und Instantgetränke prima. Öffentliche Parkplätze (zahlungspflichtig abgesehen von Sonn- und Feiertagen) in der Nähe des Hotels schnell gefunden.

Die Maxibettdecke hat die Wärme gestaut. Das Bad hätte sorgfältiger geputzt werden sollen. Auf den Bildern besser als der tatsächliche Zustand. Türrahmen mit vielen Macken und Brandflecken im Mobiliar. Für den Preis und den 4 Sternen bei booking.com hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

Ich werde wieder hier buchen, wenn ich nach Berlin komme.

Zentrale Lage, U-/S-Bahn in der Nähe, Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer. Es wurde auf meine Wünsche eingegangen (ich wollte ein Zimmer in einer oberen Etage).

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer, aber man konnte wenigstens das Fenster öffnen.

Einfach Alles😊 Schönes ruhiges Zimmer Sehr gute Ausstattung Tolles und aufmerksames Personal !!! Gute Lage Sehr schönes, frisches und umfangreiches Frühstück.

Wir bei der letzten Bewertung erwähnt: Es fehlt eine Ablage in der Dusche. Und im Zimmer vermisse ich einen großen Spiegel für den letzten Blick. Platz wäre doch!

Wohnen im Viertel

Die verkehrstechnisch günstige Lage mit vielen Einkaufs- und gastronomischen Möglichkeiten um die Ecke; das sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und die langen Frühstückszeiten

Bis auf die durch Corona bedingtenen Einschränkungen, z.B. bei der Aufzugnutzung oder dem Zimmerservice, war alles in Ordnung.

Frühstück war sehr gut,Personal ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer prima.

Eine kleine Lampe etwas wacklig am Bett, Flecken auf einem roten Sofa in 722, da müsste man sicher was machen , leider hat sich keiner dem angenommen .

Toller Aufenthalt in angenehmer Lage

S & U-Bahn sowie Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe, Ku'damm Fußläufig erreichbar, Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Tolles und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück (sogar glutenfrei und Soja/Hafer Milch sowie vegane Produkte) Auf Wunsch wurde sogar Spiegelei und Omelett frisch zubereitet. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt :) Bekam erst ein Zimmer zur Straße, nach kurzer Rücksprache mit der Rezeption war ein Wechsel (zum Innenhof) möglich Auf den zimmern befindet sich ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, sowie ein Wasserkocher (inkl. Tee und Kaffee) und eine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Cups

Matratze für mich etwas hart, doch das empfindet jeder anders.

Zum Glück ist Berlin so toll und konnte uns unseren Aufenthalt verschönern.

Lage ist wirklich top. 10min Fußweg zum Ku’damm oder zur U-Bahn. Die Empfangsdame Eden ist super!

Bei Ankunft gab es Doppelbuchungen der Zimmer. Einige Reisende wurden abgewiesen . Auch bei uns gestaltete sich die Zimmersuche sehr komplizierten es dauerte 45min bis wir ein Zimmer hatten. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich. Die Situation war schwierig auch aufgrund des Systemfehlers, jedoch erwarte ich einen respektvollen Umgang, wenn ich diesen ebenso pflege. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Überall Flecken/Schrammen an der Wand, auf dem Boden und im Bad. Als wir ankamen war auf unserer Etage direkt vor dem Fahrstuhl ein riesiger Fleck Erbrochenes NICHT aufgewischt, sondern nur mit Handtüchern abgedeckt. Eigentlich hätte man sich da schon ein neues Hotel suchen müssen, aber aufgrund von Fußball etc. war dies leider nicht möglich. Immerhin hat man 20€ beim Checkout zurückbekommen. Zwar kein Trost, aber wir hatten auch keine Lust mehr auf weitere Diskussionen.

Für einen touristisch geprägten Kurzbesuch der Stadt ausreichend.

Meine Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.

Unser kleines Frühstück mussten wir am "Katzentisch" getrennt von allen anderen Normalfrühstückern einnehmen, wurden dort aber freundlich bedient.

War für unsere eine Nacht völlig ok.

Das Personal sprach teilweise sehr schlecht Deutsch, war aber bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, Preis-Leistung stimmt

Die Garage nebenan ist sehr klein und war voll. Im Badezimmer waren einpaar dunklen Haare auf dem Fußboden, aber nicht von uns.

Schönes Wochenende in Berlin

Frühstück war gut! Es gab Saft, Brötchen, Eierspeisen und vegane Alternativen. Der Eingangsbereich bietet kostenloses Wasser und Obst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. -S Bahn in der Nähe - Lage ist Top - Klimaanlage

Room was superficially clean but cupboards were dusty and fridge was dirty. Aircon didn’t seem to be working as well but it was exceptionally hot week. Bathroom floods with shower as there is no curtain and only partial glass.

Very helpful Staff and clean hotel with value for money

Clean and organised, flush button was a-bit loose, we told the reception and they got it fixed and left us a nice apology card with fruits. That is a very a good gesture.

Nearest train station 1mins walk.

Nice stay in Berlin except spider webs

The room was spacious and there was everything that you might need. There was a tv, kettle and cups, some instatnt coffe and tea.

We were surprised with some dust and spider webs in the room. It seems that the cleaning lady forgot to do some chores..

The hotel is conveniently located with air conditioning but the furnishings in the room are poor.

Nice friendly staff, convenient location to Kudamm, comfortable bed. Public transportation including both U and S bahn stations nearby and easy use.

The room was small and in need of an upgrade. I saw stains on the furniture and the curtain was not properly aligned. Event hough the room was clean, the furniture was very cheap looking and inappropriate for a 4 star hotel.

Great place to stay, close to the train's(8 minutes walk) reception staff were excellent, a lot of good restaurants close by and supermarkets a 2 minute walk
