Lovely room, glorious location, great breakfast. Most of all, friendly staff who went out of their way to welcome us.
Room was too warm (due to towel heater in ensuite) and the window didn't open

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was exceptionally clean and quiet, even on a Friday and Saturday evening. Breakfast was good.
Car parking limited so had to use road side parking: although this did not turn into a problem, i would have preferred a dedicated car park..

set in the beautiful part of Glossop. Great for exploring the countryside and convenient for trips out of town.
the facilities are quite basic.

Staff were nice and room ok.
Shower couldn't be regulated so water was scalding or freezing.
Overpriced but that's what you get for booking the day before.

Breakfast was average, could have had more variety for continental such as croissants.
Service was good
Efficient and friendly welcome from staff member behind the bar .
There was nothing we didn’t like, the room was a great size , lovely and clean. A couple of suggestions would be to have a rack in the shower for toiletries, also toilet seat needs adjusting. hooks on back of bathroom door. It was a bit noisy on the sat night late with smokers outside.

Good value for money and efficient, promptly being served accommodating our requests.
Perhaps provide typical pastries etc to complement cooked breakfast

We travel extensively for business and visit many hotels. The Queen’s Arms is by the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean that it just sparkled! Kudos to the cleaning staff.

8.0 / 10.0
The location and the pub. The room was spacious and modern.
Bed was very uncomfortable. Stairs were scary.

Room was very comfortable and the staff good and helpful. The breakfast was great.
Extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
5.0 / 10.0
The room was warm with a large comfortable bed and a good bathroom.
Despite being in a pub it was quiet. On street parking adjacent to pub.
Breakfast was inadequate. Quality of food was poor (for instance, tasteless bacon) and as a result we decided against cooked breakfast on the second morning. The girl serving was unable to tell us how the mushrooms would be cooked. On asking for toast we were given four crust end slices.

Lovely homely property with beautiful rooms. Breakfast was fantastic.
Understandably with the sudden passing of the landlord things were a little chaotic but we were well looked after.
