Road a bit noisy

The winery is in a beautiful setting.
Had trouble with setting up the sofa bed (lack of experience & strength). The carpark is a bit of a walk from the room (because of the beautiful gardens). Paint was bubbling on the wall in the lounge (from water damage from the shower). It needed a paint touch up in a few areas

Been a couple times now. Great location, nice meals.
By their photos is seems the main attraction is the pool but unfortunately last time I went the pool heater wasn't working and the water was stone cold so didn't go in. I'll be ringing to make sure that's not the case if there is a next time. Rooms need a proper deep clean but for the price it's expected.

We had dinner in the restaurant both nights and would recommend it.
Parking was crowded but there were two weddings on the go

Handy to beaches and food
The shower didn’t work properly no hot water . Walls so thin kept awake all night with children next door then could hear neighbour snoring all night in between using the loo

the room was bland, no pictures on the wall and no personality. a splash of colour would be a good idea and some light modernisation.

Amazing staff and location 🌟
2.0
Location was good, staff were nice.
The first room we were given the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we noticed later at night when going to sleep that our door would not lock. So someone could enter from the outside very easily. I spoke with the manager and he got us another room which was appreciated but meant moving my family later at night.

Location and friendly staff
A little dated in the rooms and parking was tight

Good location, lovely scenery, friendly staff. Huge room which was great, plenty of storage. Shower pressure was fantastic. Bed was comfy but nothing beats your own bed.
The couch in our room looked like it was about to fall apart. Could do with an update. However, didn't really phase us as we didn't use it, but would of been nice to have a comfy couch to sit on of an evening.

Staff were friendly and helpful as always, room was tidy and comfortable and everything in the one place i.e. Restaurant and Gaming.
Bathroom needed a bit of an upgrade i.e. loose tap in basin and knocking noise when in use and several tiles cracked. Not a major issue but just thought worth mentioning.

quiet
needs toaster and microwave in the room

We liked everything there very good find

proximity to where we were heading next. Beautiful old buildings on the outside.
felt like someone had tried to escape from the room we were given due to the marks around the door old outdated rooms & noise from something that we could not work out that kept tuning on & off all night so that we could not sleep ! Also the light outside just keep shining into our room as the curtains do not block it out just another reason to not be able to sleep !!!!

Nothing everything good

It was a spacious room.
There were no internal locks on the exterior door.
I wasn't aware that there was a $100 bond which I still do not have back (today is 17/3/23).

so secluded and beautiful trees, lawns and alfresco outside your rooms
glad we were downstairs too many to climb up and down on above floor

Lovely atmosphere.
Notice re room service mentioned Lunch and Dinner only. I thought this meant that no breakfast was available. Maybe a notice to explain that meals were available in the dining room including breakfast. I went elsewhere for breakfast but realised later when I dined in the dining room for dinner that I could have had breakfast there.
Also, I left at 6 am and as the door through the main entrance was locked, did not know what to do with my key. Perhaps that could be explained at arrival, or a notice in the room. (I put mine in the door).
Room/furniture beginning to look a little jaded but didn't detract from it.

The room was spacious, clean and had everything we could need.

Great location and noise control from major road was good.
The bed was extremely hard and we did not have a good sleep. Also when we returned to our room at approximately 8:30 pm there was a couple drinking and smoking near the bistro (shut for renovations) and they continued to argue and yell at each other for several hours. We did see a security guard on premises but obviously did not do anything to control the situation.

I loved the grounds beautiful
the fact that when I booked I was unaware that u had to pay $100 on top of the room charge which is held as bond, something which I have never encountered b4 anywhere else, I was told the money would be available to me in a few days, as I don’t have a lot of money to spare I rang to enquire why after 6 days it still wasn’t back in my account, I then got told it takes 10 days to clear, now I’m broke and it’s Xmas, I’m not at all happy about, so never again the rooms are of poor quality not worth it 😒

location - style - ambience -
the property was under renovation when we arrived - however the should have posted a notice on their website stating that no services were going to be available. No restaurant - No breakfast - unkept swimming pool - they had table and chairs for outdoor drinks and or coffee but no service. And above all NO FORWARD ADVICE.

Bed was comfy.
Nothing was open due to storm damage. Room had space for sofa but was not there. Whole resort needs update and a lot of money spent on it.
