Szép szállás, kicsi keserűséggel.

Közösségi részek, also konyha, vécé, a ház stílusa. Maga Zakopane is csodálatos.

A szomszédban hajléktalanok vannak és több szobából is ezt látni. Eléggé illúzió romboló. Illetve volt egy 50 zlotyis babaagy tétel amit 2x fizettünk ki és nem kaptuk vissza. Ez azért idegesítő es bosszantó, mert több mint 13000 et fizettünk ki a szállásra. Ennyi korrektséget minimum elvár az ember...

Cosy apartment in a winter wonderland.

Shortly it was a perfect stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, modern and pet-friendly. Found there everything what was written. The neighborhood was calm and close to the centre (15min walk).

Everything was fine.

Fräsch och fin lägenhet. Jättefint badrum och vi utnyttjade bastun en kväll också.

Well situated right next to Dolina Białego (most beautiful valley in my inconsiderable opinion), Monte House is in a quiet neighbourhood - which is incredibly condusive to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessities; the bathroom incredibly spacious. The terrace (or balcony) comes with deck chairs and invites you to relax after a long hiking tour. The sauna is free for guests, as well as complimentary coffee and tea. Overall, I really, really loved my stay there. Not least because the team there was very friendly, accomodating and kind. Thank you, guys, for making my vacation in Zakopane great!

A very nice apartments in perfect location

Very nice apartments in very nice and quiet residential location only 1 minute walk from the Forrest and Dina Bialego, only a few minutes walk to the large ski jump and a town centre. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment and friendly snd helpful staff .

Very good

Apartment is comfy and nicely decorated, has everything you can need for a few days stay. Pet friendly, we came with our cat (additional fee for that is 40zl a day). City center with attractions is 15mins walk away. Also they have free parking space for guests near the hotel.

Shower is not that comfortable, no place to put cosmetics, and gaps around the door are not covered, so the water seeps out. Also, we got the room on the ground floor, which is fully exposed to see for passing by people if you don't close the curtains. Some reflective external layer would be nice.

Thank you for a nice stay

It was a really nice stay at the Monte House Apartment. It was a bit far from the center of the city, so it was perfect for us as it was super quiet. Beautiful view out of the window and super friendly stuff. We had everything we needed and we were super excited about Zakopane and our trip! Very friendly to children

Location of apartaments is great, close to the center of the city (15-20 minutes by foot).

The communication with staff could be better. The bed linens should be more appropriate to the size of bed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was no one at the reservation to check in and check out, wi-fi was not working well, telefone for contact was disconnected, impossible to order breakfast

wi fi not working properly. no one explained about the facilities of the hotel- like sauna we wanted to order breakrfast- and couldn't contact the crue.

Perfect location to start hikes to Tatras. in the same time it is is walkable direction from town centre. Hotel is very clean, rooms are well maintained, beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equiped with everything you need to make a meal. Food shop is near- about 5 -7 minutes to walk.

Not easy to reach someone on the phone. We manage, but had to try several times.

One of the best stays I had on Booking. Awesome apartments. Very good location. Unusual approach for communal spaces, but well organised. I loved this stay and I wish to stay there longer.

Hidden costs: Parking is additionally paid (30 PLN) Not the best noise isolation (but we were with 3-yo kid and it was fine) Beds are good but my wife didn't like (very thin and solid mattresses)

Superb

Lovely place in a quiet area of the city. Wonderful view from the window, great clean room and free sauna. And of course very nice owner of this place. Highly recomend.

We were here during 24-26 of December. And it was very cold at night despite the heating level. Windows were simply unprepared for low temperatures and the cold air was able to pass throw them. If you visit this place during the cold time - take some extra clothes for sleeping ;)

Good location, hiking trail starts right at the hotel. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was ok.

The room in the attic was very small, loud buzzing sound from electrical box, loud fridge, broken linens.

Very clean room and the house in general. Apartment is well equipped with basic stuff, you can cook and wash dishes. Design of the house and room is so nice. The house is pretty new, not worn out, and so it is so pleasant inside. I loved a lot of wood in the interior. Great balcony. Not noisy. Sauna is amazing! Bikes for free at the house. Lovely living room.

The bed was not very comfortable. And bed sheets were a bit old and torn. Was a bit cold in the room and I had to sleep under 2 blankets.

In chekout morning there was no staff(09:00) and was asked to pay for sleep in the city, i understand that and everything would be okay, but they said they accepted only in cash, when they have card reader, so for that i wasted my time in driving in other place.
