Nice surroundings
So tiny bathroom one could almost not get in.
Shower bar so high I could barely grab it.
Impossible to fill the kettle from the basin faucet
Windows were locked , impossible to open them.
Based on leaflet, dinner served until 9:30 pm, we were told at 9:00 pm that the kitchen was closed.
We didn’t feel welcome upon arrival.

Personnel extrêmement agréable et souriant. La dame a pris de temps de discuter avec nous malgré notre mauvais anglais et à nous conseiller sur les choses à voir près d’Inverness.
Joli hôtel et on a bien mangé au restaurant. Je recommande.

The location and the manager was friendly on our arrival and sorted and issue we had.
The size of the room. We booked a standard double, the room we had was NOT a standard double. It shouldn’t be booked as a double. All the paint work was marked from being knocked, probably with suitcases as there was no room. The bathroom door opened onto the door closure of the main door so it was all scuffed. The pillows were the thickness of an envelope, not comfortable and no support. There was only about a foot between the wall and the bed down one side and at the bottom.

No iron in room.

location is perfect, very friendly staff. Biggest plus: the bar + restaurant! The meals (both dinner and breakfast) were a treat. Very pet friendly.
The room was a big cramped and felt a bit tired, bed was good though.

Food was fabulous, location was lovely. Interesting building too and the fire in the bar was lovely.
Room was a bit small, condensation in bathroom and mold on ceiling.

very quaint! lovely pub, great staff, good location. was so nice to have some delicious Chocolate a little dram waiting for you in your room upon arrival. great towel warmer!
parts of the room were a little dated, could. use some structural updates in the bathroom. Also - book directly, not through Booking.com- I had to cancel a night and neither entity would take claim to refund me.

Very central.
Unfortunately the chef didn’t turn up in the morning so there was no breakfast available. Parking isn’t great. You need to arrive early to guarantee a spot.

Clean and cosy room with a wery comfortable bathtub, jut what one needs after a flight cancelation.
Friendly staff and the manager went over and beyond to prepare a packet lunch since I was checking out before the breakfast was served.

Great location, 5 mins from town centre. Outside of building is nice looking. Good coffee shop just over the road.
Tiny room. Scuffed and dirty walls, particularly around light switch, tea area. Carpet felt a bit sticky. Bed mattress felt collapsed. Room walls paper thin, could hear every move of the neighbouring room and corridor.

this hotel was in a decent location, the bar/restaurant has good food at reasonable prices and the staff was very nice. The hotel itself is fairly old, the room was a typical small scotland room with the typical amenities. The Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms, which was a bit annoying.
I believe we got what we paid for, my only real complaint was the poor Wi-Fi, but that’s typical in Scotland, the room was small but overall it was fine.

The manager and staff were so kind and open. We had some issues with connecting to the wi-fi from our room and the manager made sure to check with us the following day and upgraded our room at no charge. The restaurant offered a great choice of local food and ale.

The location was a ten minute walk from the heart of the city, so the hotel was convenient. The hotel had a parking spot which was also convenient.
The bed was awful. The pillows and mattress were so worn down/flat/uncomfortable that we booked a hotel somewhere else halfway through our paid stay at Corriegarth because we weren’t sleeping. The room was run down. The carpets looked dirty, there was spilled coffee down the wall from the previous guest, there were spider webs in the corners of the bathroom, etc. The shower would go from burning to freezing repeatedly whenever any of the guests on the floor used water, and the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working so we were taking short showers for fear the steam would set off the smoke alarms. The room needs a deep clean and some renovations.
