Everything! We messed up with our ferry’s so had to book another one off night at late notice! We were given a fantastic welcome back and again the room and entire place was amazing! Could not fault it- fast wifi, great kitchen, AC, comfy bed, friendly staff

Great staff who explained everything that you can do in Santa Cruz in great english. More in the local area of Ayora so its quiter and cheaper eats around, with being like 15 min walk to the port. The restaurant next to it even had a simple full course dinner for 5$ (but it wasnt marked on google maps)
Room only seemed a bit basic (nothing fancy)

Large, clean rooms, kitchen for common use. sweetest owner took very good care of us and helped us book various trips and managed to get us a trip on a ferry which was fully booked
Location very far from center, about 15-20 minute to walk. No breakfast included

Hostel staff so helpful and friendly. Advised where we could go for free and how much things cost in the area nearby. Room was huge. Aircon worked well. Good shower. Clean. Able to hire snorkel and mask for cheap. Good value
Is a little bit of a walk (10mins) to the main street/seafront so if you're not into walking this may not be ideal, but lots of little markets and shops along the way

The property is very clean, beds are big and comfortable!! The owners helped us a lot to organize our two weeks in Galapagos and helped us book accomodation on the other islands too…they’re lovely 😊
We liked the location, a little out of the main area but at just 10 minutes walk…far enough to have a good night sleep away from all the noise!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The moment we arrived they gave us all the information we needed, wanted and where very welcoming. Everything is very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

Its just perfect! Everyone is super friendly, the premise is great and the rooms are very nice. We loved it there. Its a little bit outside of the city center, but because of that its quiet and there are a lot of cheaper (but still great) restaurants in the area!
The pool wasnt build yet so we have to return one day :D

Lovely hotel, with helpful staff and a nice atmosphere. Close enough to walk to the waterfront, far enough to by quiet at night. Plus close to the market to make use of the kitchen.
Kitchen is great to have, though poorly laid out for communal cooking. Make sure not to leave dinner prep to too late.

The manager was very helpful throughout, the room was large, the kitchen was uncluttered and there was allocated fridge space. the hostel was in a residential location which meant that it was quiet, which was an advantage for us.

We loved our stay mainly because of our wonderful hosts Silvia and Marcelo. They are super kind, helpful and trustworthy. They helped us to book all our daily tours and transfers, not only from Santa Cruz but also from other islands. They also shared great tips about where to find the best local food. The hostal has all necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Property exceeded expectations, great value, customer service top. Hotel arrange all my cab rides early in the morning for excursion, they have free water to refill water bottle, and a large kitchen for use. Will stay here again. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

This was the best place we have stayed in our 3 month trip! It really seemed like luxury and the staff were seriously the best! They helped with everything we needed and even let us store our bags there later on our trip for the day when we were switching islands and waiting for the ferry. They were so helpful with tours and prices and after searching around the town for different prices, they had the cheapest ones by far! They booked our ferry and taxis that we needed as well which saved us some hassle! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with everything you need! We highly recommend!
nothing at all! Seriously a lovely spot!

Amazing place!!! Spotlessly clean! It’s actually nicer than the photos. Rooms are cleaned daily and beds made. AC perfect. Warm shower. Wifi works fairly well for the Galapagos. Communal kitchen is really well stocked and there is free drinking water (hot/cold) and free tea bags and instant coffee. It’s in a more local area but takes only 10-15 mins walk to all the tourist spots and restaurants. Hostess is so lovely and always available to help and gives great information about the area. She speaks mostly Spanish but it is easy to understand with the map she shows you. Such good value for money.
Everything was perfect!
There is a pool but it wasn’t filled when we were there - will be amazing when this is working!

Silvia is awesome. She planned our whole trip and booked tours & ferries for us. If you need help with anything, she will definitely help you.
The rooms and the kitchen are clean and big and the area is quite quiet, but you can easily walk to the center. Also there are a lot of small markets and a few restaurants nearby, if you need anything. Nothing to complain about :)

very clean, the AC worked great, good kitchen
walls are pretty thin and since most people start their days early, you can hear them, but the neighborhood is quiet and just a 10 minute walk to the touristy part
4.5
Very friendly and professional staff, clean and tidy with spacious layout in rooms and general common areas. Helpful for getting us ferry tickets and dinner recommendations. Would recommend wish we could have stayed longer
A bit of a walk from the main tourist/ferry area but nice and quiet and minimarket/restaurant close by

Staf very friendly and dedicated to help you.
Good recommandations.
Place clean and furnished
A bit far from the center

The size of the rooms compared to everywhere else in Galapagos for the same sort of price. The whole family were very helpful and family and so made for a really comfortable stay. Explained everything on check-in from what facilities you are able to use to a mini guide for places to visit in Santa Cruz

Friendly staff, very clean and very large comfortable room
Facilities were slightly basic but exactly as described. Not enough to put me off staying here.

Staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had and also helped us to organise tours and boats to other islands. There was free drinking water available and great facilities. I would definitely recommend staying here

Everything! Comfortable rooms, amazing staff and great recommendations.
A little walk from town but not too bad - 10 to 15 mins

The receptionist/staff (we never got her name!) went above and beyond for their guests and they really took their time to guide us through all possible tours, ferry boats, things to do and places to eat. All of the recommendations made our stay in Galapagos unforgettable. The rooms are nice and very clean (including a towel surprise when you arrive ;-)). There is a shared kitchen with free water, coffee and tea - it invites guests to talk to each other and added to a really nice community feeling. The location is great, in a quiet area a bit further away from the pier.
Just be aware that the internet on the island in general is very bad - so don't expect much from the Wifi in the hotel (the same goes for hot water, but we had no issues). Also, there is a pool but it wasn't filled with water at the time of the stay.
4.5
Big well equipped kitchen. Best electric shower we had in South America (good pressure and hot water). Room was spacious, clean, and comfy.
Limited kitchen hours at night. It closes at 8pm, it’ll be nice to extend to 9-9:30pm. Wifi didn’t work most of the time.
4.5
Exceptional staff - so helpful and give many invaluable tips!
Really clean and comfortable rooms (we stayed in 2 different ones and they were both great)
Great value for money, given you can use the kitchen, there's free filtered water etc
Slightly away from the main town but only about 10-15 mins walk! Very doable.
