It was a really nice stay. The staff were friendly.

The Room was spacious and I got the room with balcony. The view was stunning.

They could have provided a Toothpaste as well.

very welcoming hotel in a relaxing and convenient location.

Hotel Adam is centrally located on the lakeside strip in Pokhara. It’s an easy walk to the lake and the area has plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping right at the door. The hotel rooms are set back from the street so our room was lovely and quiet, clean with lots of light. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and helped us with every request. There’s also an IATA travel agent on site and we booked bus seats to Kathmandu with them and at a very reasonable rate. Staff also helped with suggestions for places and sites to visit. We opted for the breakfast option during our stay and we’re really happy with the fresh eggs and yummy veges, toast and coffees. We had a swim in the newly completed rooftop pool that had stunning views to the Annapurnas. That will be a perfect place to sit when the new bar opens for the trekking season. Thanks to Adam and his team for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

No complaints! Pokhara can be prone to blackouts during monsoon season but staff kept us informed. Lights always stayed on when blackouts did occur.

It was amazing , the owner and manager of the hotel were very interested , all our tour programs were organized , they were very helpful in every respect , the breakfast was amazing , hotel had amazing lake view rooms, terrace view was great , the staff were friendly , it was the right choice .

Excellent place to stay. Comfortable and rery easy to walk to the lake.

Location is good - easy to get to the Phewa lake and good for shopping for souvenirs etc. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent. The owner is very friendly and looks after his customers very well. We booked a taxi through the hotel (at a reasonable price) to take us round to specific places. A good experience overall.

It is a very touristy location and very busy. If you are after a quiet / remote place, this is not the best place to stay,

Exceptional

The hotel is in the centre of town with shops and cafes just outside. Breakfast is served on the roof with beautiful views of the lake. Adam and his staff went out of their way to help us with problems caused by a cancelled flight. It was a lovely finish to our stay in Nepal. I hope we will be back soon.

Very good

Clean, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. Great location right on the lake with good views on the rooftop of the lake and of the Himalayas on a clear day. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. As a solo traveller, they made me feel at home, with Adam in particular helping me prepare for my trek (booked elsewhere). As they have an agency too, they were also brilliant at booking activities, transport and giving some decent advice generally.

A little difficult to meet people as a solo traveller, but that’s a little bit of a given as it is a hotel. This was made up by the staff trying to make you as comfortable and at home as possible.

Its location is amazing, the staff are beyond helpful, they can sort anything you need, and offer their help in a heartbeat. The facilities are good with a new rooftop pool under a stunning skyline. It’s beyond belief how amazing the staff are

Disappointing

location

The housekeeping staffs, the beds, the bathroom (toilet didn’t function properly). Also, not very welcoming environment at the reception.

Well run hotel, super friendly and helpful staff

Really enjoyed staying at Hotel Adam. The manager (Adam) must never sleep because he was always around to make sure we had everything we needed and answer all our questions. When we got off the night bus at 5am he let us stay in one of his bedrooms until ours was ready at 10, and even gave us free breakfast that day before our booking even started. Lovely staff throughout the hotel, and a perfect location in the heart of Lakeside Pokhara Also really helpful to have a good trustworthy travel shop in the same building, so we booked our bungee jumps and paraglides etc knowing we weren't begin ripped off.

Pokhara is an awesome place to visit and it would make amazing when you stay at Hotel Adam! 😊🏖

Excellent n perfect view from top of property towards lake. Its very exceptional one property at Pokhara and its structural position make it a unique one to stay. And what about to say breakfast, When the hotel owner himself make your breakfast comfortable with his sweet narrative presence! Just one sentence in nutshell... If you go Pokhara whenever, make yourself total comfort by making your stay at HOTEL ADAM!! 😎👍👌🏖🏔

Friendly, great value for money

excellent location, staff will go the extra mile to help. back rooms on upper floors have a great view and are quieter. great value for money

while phokhara prepares for the first wave of tourists post-covid, the whole town is undergoing renovations. no matter where you stay, there will be some construction noise near you. Ask Adam for a quiet room at the time of booking, and bring your earplugs

Good

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and lovely service. Arrangements for trips and onward travel excellent. Views of Annapurna and fishtail unbelievable.

Unfortunately the roof terrace was being refurbished and this caused a lot of noise and dust. It also meant we could not access the terrace which was the main reason for booking this hotel. The manager and staff were most apologetic about the work and when finished this will probably be one of the best hotels in Pokhara.
