Checking out of there

Extremely unprofessional/rude/unhelpful front desk staff. So inconsistent with their rules and extra charges. As well as leaving me locked out for most of the day until they confirmed that i had infact extended and paid in full the night before. No sorry, no compensation, 2br apartment is really really cold, the heaters in there are useless and the they have no portable heaters if you ask them. Soundproofing is horrible, but it was the worst experience I've had in mamy years. If the staff hate their job that much then maybe think about another industry then the service one,??

Amazing little building with great facilities

Very nice refurbished apartment with great furniture, big sofa and comfy beds. Aircon worked perfectly and kept us warm at night. I liked the open areas and the building was not big, isolating the noise from the street and making you forget you were in a big city.

Everything was in great condition.

The Bed.

Room design is different. ( Housing apartment rather then Hotel apartment's ) Look like lower level is more for those does not care about ambient. TV Remote control not working. Tissue paper left 4 pcs in the box and was not replace. Only 1 shower unit

Great stay and great location.

Great location and value for money.

No lift access. I have bad knees and carrying luggage up three flights of stairs was a challenge. The upper level rooms not recommend for elderly.

Very disappointed

Management should check @ service air conditioning frequently. Alert especially when the Summer season. I book service apartment, unfortunately the aircond doesn’t function at all. Staff come to check but still same. We wait until 9.00pm, but nothing change. Second time go to receptionist, then he give us a room in the hotel, and there’s no microwave inside. Parking site is not suitable for 4wd @ Van. Hard to get parking nearby the apartment or hotel if both site full. Definitely will not repeat this place.

The spa

There was no frying pan to cook with. Tv in main bedroom was as big as a laptop, plus broken Arial sticky taped together. Mattress was stained. Pillows were old and looked stained. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Shower needed a good clean .

the staff were friendly

in consistency re the parking … charge no charge … no under cover parking available on first night and second night car in under basement staff parking . in hotel room and on hotel phone recording it states parking complementary.. i was charged $20 each day :(. cigrrette butts in the room next to my head board and not noticed until later. no reachable access to power point for sode lamp. aircon unit broken no cool or heating. a portable heater one didnt work and another brought into my bedroom from lounge in convenient. tv in lounge area the sound vibration making it hard to listen. no staff serviced the apartment in the days i was there, my son left and his girlfriend left after the first night i left two days earlier as i returned back to Perth for my aunts funeral. i didnt need PAID parking after the first night as my son was the one with the car. my bedroom window, one if them had a gap that allowed cold air and wind noise from the weather to enter the room.

Overall good experience, had to wait 1hr for room to be ready, arrived at 2.00 pm got in at 3.00pm, stayed in upstairs apartment and room stunk of cigarette smoke, power point in bathroom not secured correctly and could be very dangerous for children Regards Mandy & Wayne

It was ok, until we found blood all over the bedsheet on the pull-out sofa bed.

Kitchen was accessible, bathroom gave us supplies such as towels, soap, shampoo, bathroom was clean. Good location, very close to the tram stop and a short walk to Woolworths and BWS.

Paid for an extra bed which I did not receive. Confirmed during the online booking and over the phone with the reception the night before for an extra bed to be available, but it wasn't provided for us. It seems that the living room was not cleaned at all, the pull-out sofa bed included a bed sheet with blood all over it, and couldn't be used. It seems that housekeeping only cleaned the beds, bathroom and kitchen. The couches were quite filthy and had a buildup of stains. We were charged a $500 deposit which is more than the cost of the stay itself. Usually, the deposit is charged separately to the cost of the stay, and is more of an authorisation hold, but we were charged the two amounts together in one transaction which raised a few questions on if and when I get the deposit back. Reception wasn't too reassuring about the issue.

Kitchen is bright and cosy.

The climb up to to top floor of the old building. Some furnitures in the room old and run out. Microwave was down. Many corners in the unit.

Cleanliness not the usual Crest standards. Noisy plumbing kept us awake all night. TV reception poor.

Close to transport and restaurants

Bath and shower did not work properly, lack of coat hangers, lack of towels, appliances in kitchen had broken bits, stairwells dark and grubby. Toilet in bathroom and three bedrooms. ok for a family but a challenge for group of adults.

Toliet didn’t flush properly and would constantly get stuck. Sheets on the bed were wrinkly. All of our cards stopped working on the last night so we couldn’t get into our room. The heater didn’t heat the room despite being on the entire stay, the place was still freezing.

Only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people......we ran out, lucky there was tissues.Mattress in the far rear double bedroom was very hard., apart from that everything was fine!..Thankyou
