The location. The staff are kind.
Beds were not comfortable, pillows were too thin. The kitchen was always filthy and too small for amount of people. It’s like a half way house. The men that live there permanent bring back strangers from the clubs and especially young girls in the mixed dorms and they scream and shout running around the halls at 2am and running into the kitchen and puking into the sink. Lack of staff, there is no one after 4pm

Billigt och bra kök.
Var lite stökigt ställe, alkoholister väldigt nära stället. Så kändes lite otryggt när man anländer.

Accommodation was cosy and clean. The bed was comfortable good for a night of sleeping.
I didn't like that the cleaner enters room without knocking no privacy very crowded and noisy.

It was clean and the working stuff are lovely. It was in a good location. Public transport was not working and limited options of getting back to accommodation at night.
The unfriendly residents and the light being on during all hours and the homeless in the street.

My recent stay at this hostel was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arriving at the agreed time of 10 PM, I was met with a room that had no windows and an overwhelming smell of mold and feet. To my dismay, my bed was not prepared; there was only a bare mattress covered in plastic. I attempted to contact the property owner for assistance, but my efforts have been ignored to this day.
Forced to make do, I removed the plastic and slept on the mattress using a used blanket provided by another guest, a leftover from someone who had checked out. The bathroom lacked even the basic courtesy of a hook to hang a towel, and the entire facility reeked with no services in sight.
This experience was appalling and I would strongly advise against staying here. It was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and utterly disappointing.

Very clean, very quiet, no nonsense facilities
The lack of staff on-site combined with the fact that anyone can enter if they know the door codes made me feel extremely unsafe. The self check-in is very convenient, but without another person there to verify who is entering and exiting the building it becomes a bit scary. For example, when my only other bunkmate, a male, came in at 2am and then immediately ran out and disappeared when he saw me, I couldn't tell if he was a registered guest or an intruder. I was terrified, and then without any staff I was not able to call anyone and make sure that I wasn't overreacting. I ended up staying awake all night because he never came back. From now on I will book only a female dorm.

I was surprised by how quiet it was (as backpacker hostels when I was visiting America tended to be very noisy).
The lockers were a useful safety feature which I hadn't expected - it meant I could leave stuff in my dorm room.
I had to wait until after 10:30 am for reception to open so I could check out and get back my locker key deposit.
The medium-size saucepan in the kitchen had its handle almost falling off and needed a 10-seconds fix with a screwdriver (which I didn't have with me, or I would have fixed it!).

Location
Not or very few kitchen stuffs. There it's no enough space to save your food and sometimes the codes to get in the room doesn't work. There is no receptionists on sundays

Really Great accomondation. The cleaniest hostel i ever been.
Great location
Great price
Bad management. If you want to check in you have to go to nearest restaurant and look for a lady who will check you in. She is always busy and you have to wait long time when she finally check you in. There was always problem to book a room. They randomly thick all beds are occupied when hostel is really empty inside. I think you can't book in the weekend becuase staff is busy in the restaurant. Lady who is checked in People was rude to me, becuase I didnt book a room for Long period but extended my stay and she had to come to hostel check me in.
No sign where hostel is and how to find a staff
At peak season dorm had only 2 mattress for 6 beds. A bit weird.

Pathetic staff.
That’s completely unfair. We really disappointed how they have behaved. We have been waiting outside for almost half an hour after reporting we have arrived. We showed our double vaccination certificate at reception. Even though they were asking for that by email. What’s the point?
Secondly, their check in time was after 2pm even though they needed 3 more hours to fix the beds (says come after 5pm). Pathetic services, pathetic staff.
We will not recommend anyone to book there. We have got another property then at the moment.

The place is quite clean and new, I believe only renovated in 2019. The beds are new and it’s good to have a locker for your stuff. The location is absolutely amazing of course! Heating a cooling and dorm security is great too.
Not much! Some of the cooking utensils need updating but the cooking facilities and fridge are all very good.

I think it’s really clean, at this time of year appears to be really quiet too. Guess we’re in lockdown but still.
Not much, I guess it’d be good if I could use another locker.

Its super close to the beach and on main street, the staff is quick to response and solve problems even when not on site if you make a call, cleaning lady is doing an amazing job, no keys to rooms but a code needed. Just across tram station!
The lockers in rooms have "borrow key from reception" system but there is noone at the reception for whole weekend so I think padlocks would be better 😬 no outlets/lights on upper bunk beds. They do not do any waste separation/recycling in the kitchen
