Kann man ein Mal machen, muss aber nicht immer sein.

Hotel ist sehr schön, die Lage im Grünen, sehr spezielle Einrichtung. Sehr höfliches Personal, aber....

Personal kann kein Deutsch, Ostflügel ist 5 Gehminuten weg von allen Restaurants und der Lobby, alles ein wenig chaotisch. Man hat den Eindruck dass das Personal häufig gewechselt wird um Kosten zu sparen.

The tunnel, the pool, the staff

I was alone with my boyfriend at the pool and a girl from thé spa staff told us we could not take pictures although we were completely alone… then she realised and told us if were alone its okay but still she came to tell us not to do something and kinda ruined our moment. Also, the evenirgli we could not access the terrasse at the panorama bar. Also, overpriced restaurant.

- Several things in our room were broken/poor condition (air con, coffee machine, soap dispenser… - very small room for a very high price - very small gym

Schrecklich nicht empfehlenswert.

Ehrlich gar nichts

Die Unterkunft war die schlechteste Unterkunft die ich jemals besucht hab. Das Personal ist nicht geschult, weder freundlich noch zuvorkommend. Viele Dinge sind unter der Woche geschlossen. Wenn du hier kein Z Promi bist du auf Instagram fleißig postet, wirst du gar nicht wahrgenommen zum Beispiel wo du mir nicht geholfen mein Koffer um sämtliche lange Wege abzunehmen. Terrasse war zu weil es Montag ist Zimmer haben überhaupt keine Geräuschdämmung. Ich musste meinen Nachbarn beim telefonieren die halbe Nacht zu hören. Mit fünf Sterne hat das nichts zu tun.

Amazing place to stay if you want to visit Zurich and take advantage of the relaxing spa

We stayed one night at the hotel while on a trip in Zurich with our 6 months son, the staff made everything so that we feel comfortable and we could even go at the spa with our baby during specific hours. Amazing spa with a fair size indoor pool good for swimmers and since the check-out was at 12 we took advantage of the spa in the morning also. They arranged for us room-service dinner from one of the restaurants in the hotel which was delicious. Multiple restaurants in the hotel with a wide choice of foods. The room is really comfortable and we had an amazing stay at this hotel we will definitely come back.

Chic und neu, aber in praktischen Aspekten noch etwas optimierungsbedürftig!

Die hochwertigen Materialien und Farben

Im Zimmer war dank 3 kl. Sessel und einem kl. Tischchen, kein Platz mehr den z.V. stehenden Gepäckständer zum Auspacken/Bepacken des Koffers aufzustellen. Jedoch viel wesentlicher : Die Klimaanlage ist absolut erklärungsbedürftig ! … und ich musste sogar um technische Hilfe bitten. (Es sollte daher zwingend eine kl. Bedienungsanleitung ausliegen!) Deren anschließende „Leistungskraft“ und das nicht zu öffnende Fenster, ließen mich dann etwas mitleidig an den Hochsommer denken…

Hôtel offrant beaucoup de possibilités et d’activités.

Situation géographique hors de la ville idéale. Calme près de la forêt d’Uetliberg. Desservi par le train S10 directement depuis HB Zürich, très pratique.

Musique du Penthouse Club jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit. Livraison du lit d’appoint confirmé à 22h15….. Hôtel certainement peu familiarisé avec les familles.

Confortable et spacieux

Les chambres sont spacieuses, grandes salle de bain. Lit très confortable. Un super spa. Le petit déjeuner avec ce qu’il faut.

Beaucoup de poussières dans la chambre, le sol pas très propre. Le restaurant soul street à déconseillé pas très bon et trop cher. L’accès au spa de 10h a 12h pour les enfants trop restrictifs.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und die Suite -Zimmer waren super mit Balkon . Personal sehr Freundlich !Penthouse super Party Stimmung!

Die Zimmer an der Ostseite mit 17 qm sind mir zu klein!

Lage des Hotels. Spa Bereich war ok

Personal nett spricht aber kein Deutsch? Fordert mich suf englisch zu sprechen? In Zürich? In einem 5* Hotel? Technik im zimmer. Licht und Klimaanlage Bedienung sehr umständlich und frustrierend. TV ebenfalls sehr umständlich und unbefriedigend. Schweizer TV sollte einfach einstellbar sein. Viele Sender, zu viele und keun normaler Radiosender im Zimmer. Lange monotone Gänge ohne Ambiente.

Mejoraría el Wifi ,

El tranvía queda muy cerca , el hotel muy bonito , rest japonés muy bueno y los que atienden muy educados y amables , habitaciones limpias y bonitas , el chofer que te lleva a la estación de tren súper agradable y educado . Lugar muy agradable con muy buena vista .

A la llegada me querían cobrar 200€ extra por early check in ( dos horas ) , el wifi no sirve , la habitación muy pequeña , , desayuno extremadamente caro

Disappointment, not 5 star shown in the pictures but a 3 star if you book "amazing" East wing...

The only thing i like about this hotel is the spa, which was luckily not crowded.

The list ist quite long. I booked "amazing" east wing room, that could be up to 3 star not 5 star... small, access through loooong (am a hiker, so long means long) shelter tunnel to the main building. 1. The windows don't open so no fresh air, you are condemmed to ventilation... 2. Bathroom small but i mean really small... no shelf, you cannot wash your hands in the basin since the water pipe is 5 cm from the bottom of the basin... 3. Wherever you are in the hotel outside the room there is loud music so without noise canceling headphones impossible. 4. The gym is the size of my home gym, so like 25-30 m2... 5. The desk in the room is the size of table in the clasroom binded to the chair... 6. The location is at a construction site... 7. The indoor pool looks on pictures like a big one, but is small... unusable to swim for sports. ...

للأسف الفندق عمل حجز تامين على بطاقتي الائتمانية مرتين 400 فرنك و405 فرنك في اول يوم دون علمي وعندخروجي كان لهم مبلغ 400 فرنك وأبلغتهم ان يخصمو المبلغ من التامين وقامو بسحب المبلغ بعد خروجي بأربعه ايام وهذا حقهم ولكن للأسف بعد ثمانيه ايام تم سحب 405 فرنك مره اخرى وهذا سرقه وإحتيال وتواصلت مع الفندق ولم اجد حل فندق سئ

فندق لا انصح بالسكن به حيث يتم سحب التأمين من البطاقه الائتمانية بعد الخرووووووووج واقسم بالله على ذلك

We loved it

Very welcoming. Room a bit small but very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. My daughter was allowed to swim after children’s hour since she missed the the policy time which I’m very grateful for. They even pushed check out time to let her enjoy the swim. Thank you 🙏🏾

تعامل الموظفين وتعاملهم

السرير كله خيوط الفرو بسبب غطاء السرير لدرجة انه يتطاير في الهواء مما سبب حساسيه لنا جميعا
