Très bon hotel et très bon emplacement

Le personnel était sympathique et sont là pour nous aider Beaucoup de choix au petit dejeuner et c’était tres bon Le room service : les plats etaient très bon et de grosse assiette pour le prix !! L’emplacement de l’hotel juste en face un metro et un peu plus loin le centre (15mn a pied) La vue face à Ankara depuis notre chambre d’hôtel

Enlever ce monsieur de l'hôtel ou l'interdir de ces agissements.

J'ai tout apprécié dans ce établissement sauf que le déjeuné n'était pas diversifié.

J'ai eu horreur du service que le monsieur chargé d'assister les client à faire monter leurs effets dans leurs chambres. Personne ne l'oblique à faire ce travail mais pourtant il prétend être rémunérer pour son service qu'il colle aux clients. Lors de ce dernier séjour, j'ai eu besoin d'un taxi pour me rendre à un endroit et à travers la concierge un taxi a été commandé par l'intermédiaire de Monsieur. Après le trajet le chauffeur du m'a facturé deux fois plus que le trajet parcouru le lendemain avec un autre chauffeur de taxi commandé par moi même. Le pire est survenu quand j'ai demandé à un chauffeur de taxi de m'accompagner à l'aéroport que j'ai fait garer devant l'hôtel. Ce Monsieur est venu interpeller le chauffeur, certainement pour lui faire payer un certain montant sur les frais à payer pour aller à l'aéroport.

Good location, helpful staff. Good price - quality place.

Good location, close to center but not noisy. Metro is nearby although we did not use it. We came by car and the personnel was helping with parking next to the hotel. Pretty quick check-in and check-out process. In the beginning we asked to change the room as the initial room that we've been given had a strong cigarette smell and the staff gave us a new room which was better. We had to prolong our stay in a room for half-a-day and had no issues with that, we paid exactly half day price. Normal continental breakfast, were not too many people in the hotel restaurant, so we could always find a free table. AC in the room can be regulated.

Wi-fi was okay but it was a bit annoying that we had to re-connect to it every 2 hours. The duvet for a double bed for two people was a bit small, but the staff brought us an additional blanket when we asked. Very high and pretty hard pillows, not very comfortable. In the morning there was a wastewater smell in our bathroom, I guess the drainage/ventilation system needs to be taken care of.

Pekný hotel v dobrej lokalite.

Izba bola čistá a priestranná. Všetko potrebné bolo k dispozícii. Súčasťou hotela je aj fitness centrum s voľným vstupom. Hotel sa nachádza priamo pri zastávke metra.

V reštaurácii sme pri večeri dlho čakali na obsluhu, ktorá aj tak nevedela anglicky. Situáciu však následne riešili iní zamestnanci.

Das Adresse von Hotel, war gut Restaurant war auch gut.

Sehr geehrte Inhaber und Geschäftsführer Leider. Ich war nicht zufrieden in ihrer Rezeption Personal. Die war nicht nett zu mir. Die haben extra Geld gerechnet viel und Doppel Preis für die Getränke ob das sollte Inklusiv mit die Zimmer preis meine Karte Zahlung mit Visum hat leider nicht funktioniert mit drei Karten er sollte Personal kontrollieren, die Arbeit dort verdient haben und nett mit den allen Kunden sein soll. Bin nicht das erstes Mal in dieser Hotel Ich würde niemals wieder probieren. Und ich empfehle, niemand osteuropäische Bereich das Hotel zu besuchen. Er würde nicht zufrieden sein. Lieber, er sollte eine andere Hotel probieren es gibt andere um dem Gebiet besser sind. Einfach war die Zimmer teurer vor das Bedienung. MFG

Alles in allem keine Unterkunft, die sich als Sterne Hotel bezeichnen sollte.

Im ersten Zimmer hat es aus dem Bad gestunken, sodass wir nach 30 Minuten das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das Personal hat dem Geruch nicht nachvollziehen können, obwohl es beim reinlaufen enorm war. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber (Haare im Bad, Teppiche sehr dreckig, Risse in den Gardinen). Im neuen Zimmer kam ein Zigarettengeruch aus dem Bad. Die Klimaanlage war zudem sehr laut. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, aber leider nicht lecker.

Hi, there is an issue about the payment with the hotel. During the check in, they said that I need to pay 9,463 Turkish lira and I warned them that the total amount is different in Booking as 11,853 try, and asked them to double check it. They said everything is fine, their total amount is correct and I made the payment. During the check out, they claimed that I still need to pay some amount due to wrong calculation at their end. I asked them to calculate and let me know while I am there how much I need still to pay. After half an hour waiting, they said again it is their mistake no missing amount and everything is fine. We checked out from the hotel but they contacted me again and asked about additional payment for the missing amount. I was really annoyed and tired, I just asked them to send me all information and how much do I still need to pay. They requested over 5,000 try additional payment on top of 9,463 try which I paid during check in. I told them, the total is shown as 11,853 try in booking but they are claiming the total around 14,000 try, they said that the amount in booking is wrong, this is the total which I need to pay. And other issue is breakfast was so bad.. they didn’t have anything fresh..

No cleaning on public holiday, payment with Mastercard was unable to be done, dirty mugs for coffee in the room, only shower gel available and no cream nor hair conditioner, breakfast reduced to a served plate as it was public holiday time.

Perfect stay in Ankara

Excellent hotel, perfect location, very closed to Kizilay and various places. I was staying on the top floor, fantastic view. Delicious breakfast, very professional & friendly staff. Very modern and beautiful place.

During the night loud music was heard from the clubs nearby, it is a pity this hotel does not have a swimming pool, for the rest everything was truly perfect.

Excellent, comfy stay at the hearth of Ankara

The breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of choices of each food. They were so delicious. The location is only 10 min walking far to the City centre. The room was cleaned regularly.

Really good stay spoiled by non existent room service

Everything was very good except fact we ordered room service late at night. Order was taken I rang an hour later to find out when it would come only to be told they weren’t making it. Then had to order food from outside. Didn’t have the courtesy to ring and tell me it wasn’t being done. It led to my daughter starving half to death. Otherwise everything was perfect.
