As expected, but small rooms.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms were clean. The staff spoke enough English. Good location.

The rooms were tiny. We expected bigger rooms. For my colleague and I, it was very small.

Superb

The hotel is very nice. It is situated 15 minutes walking distance from Kizilay the center of Ankara. They have underground private parking.We thank very much Kenan and Levent for their support and assistance in getting our best accommodation. Breakfast is also very good.

The towels were having holes, nobody came to clean the room or change towels, small selections of products for breakfast.

It was pretty clean and nice and very close to stores, restaurants, markets.

I don’t speak Turkish so I had some difficulty dealing with the staff!

My parents were staying at this hotel and they said nothing other than excellent comments about this hotel, and also about the management and staff. I personally would like to thank “Denise” (I might be misspelling her name) because she was very accommodative and made my parents stay a pleasant one. Thank you.

I might go back but I will make sure that there is no renovation.

The Room was fully renovated and clean. Staff and the hotel managment ( Mr Keannon) very nice, friendly and helpful. When I complained they did their best to find a solution or offer a compensation to make me happy.

The hotel is going through major renovation. The hallways were distaster zone. I tried to understand there was not much to be done about he noise (when there was reconstruction going on) but honestly the noise was terrible. I paid in advance to spend 20 nights in this hotel and it was not pleasant to find out that I was stuck there . I wish I knew what to expect before making my reservation and planing my trip.

the hotel is in the center of ankara

hotel is under repairing and they didn't tell anything about this... they don't have restaurant and serve the breakfast in your room so you have not many options , just cheese , butter , honey ... the room has not tissue and toilet paper and slipper for wc and whole room. when i asked for toilet paper they gave me a used one ! the shampoos were used ...

Nice stay in Ankara for a very good price

Very good location, friendly staff, very good breakfast!

The room was half ready though I came lately in the evening. The bottles of water someone drinked before and shower gel and shampoo leftovers from the previous traveller, not the new full set.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with a good price :-) The staff is super friendly and special thanks to the guy who checked me in. I felt welcome on the very first moment and he answered all my stupid question 🙂🙏. Sorry but u forgot your name 🙈. Breakfast is solid and the location is good as well. I definitely enjoyed my stay there!
