I recently stayed at the Sheraton New Delhi Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to Nexus Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options nearby. The room I stayed in was a bit on the small side, but it was well-maintained and comfortable. Special mention to Jitendra, who did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally polite and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Carlton from the kitchen stood out with his kindness and attentiveness—he provided us with karha every day to help protect against the virus, which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. There was a good variety of options, but the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Sheraton New Delhi Hotel, especially for its convenient location and excellent staff.

３泊しましたが、ストレスのない快適な滞在ができました。朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。すぐ隣にショッピングモールがあり、インド国内外の主なブランドが入っているのでお買い物にも便利です。

敢えて言うのなら、街の中心地から少し離れているところ。言い換えれば「落ち着いた環境」という長所でもあるのですが。とはいえ地下鉄の駅（イエローライン）が１Kmほどのところにあるので、ニューデリーやグルガオンへもアクセスしやすいです。

Great property and good service (could be better)

Comfortable clean and well-located

My wife fell sick from a glass of an orange juice we ordered through room service. It felt stale and she suffered from food poisoning.

Не хочется возвращаться в этот отель, но он был очень близко к клинике Мах

Понравился персонал у входа в отель.. Молодой парень на ресепшене был очень дружелюбен!

Нету идеальной чистоты, тем более это же отель Пять звезд. На завтраке мало европейских блюд. На ресепшене не все девочки были приветливы. В номерах плохо убираются, в санузле грязно было.

Overall excellent stay. Hotel very comfortable, location excellent.

Excellent location. Next to mall. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast buffet. Menu very tired. Food not tasty. Parathas were definitely not the best. Even though breakfast was very busy staff were not coordinated and forgot things.

Left a great taste, would love to come back and stay with them

Loved the staff, they made us feel very welcomed. Mr Moti at the gym was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was fantastic… sometimes the staff at breakfast would get confused with the orders because they’re were no assigned staff at the table, which caused confusion.

A memorable stay in South Delhi

Location was fantastic and was within short walking distance to two top notch shopping malls of South Delhi, Select City Walk and DLF Avenue. Room was great and breakfast was fabulous. The restaurant staff were very courteous so were the staff of entire property. My wife unfortunately tripped and fell outside the main building and was injured. But the instant care she received from the guards at the gate, front desk and lobby staff was unforgettable. That speaks of the professionalism of the people working at Sheraton Saket. We will certainly come back when we are around in New Delhi, India for our next trip.

Only staff in kitchen like Mr Satish and his team are the best rest the hotel itself claiming to be 5 star is not worth

It used to be good but not worth spending money

Management is very poor don’t care about returning guests bathrooms with out locks no privacy I wasted my money staying here never referring anyone even my work people General manager does not care about any complaints writing a letter to the Sheraton corporate office .

I like the hotel and staff, don’t like to be over charged .

The staff and food excellent !!

I didn’t like how they charge me for 2 days and I only stay one. We were supposed to come at 9PM one day and I arrived at 1:00am next day and still I was charged for 2 days . I was very upset .
