Borgo molto carino, la struttura si trova appena dietro il bar dei gestori. Bar molto carino e comodissimo sia per check-in check out sia per far colazione. Camera confortevole con aria condizionata. Parcheggio gratuito in strada, molto comodo.
Gli scalini da fare per arrivare in camera.. ma in liguria è normale!!

Le bâtiment se trouve sur une petite placette très jolie. Les gens du village sont très gentils.
L’appartement est simple mais on y retrouve le nécessaire.

Not much
It was very disappointing, mould all over the shower, double bed was 2 single beds that fell apart, no power points worked, the fridge and kettle did not work, it’s was a very bad stay

Clean and cosy room with everything you need. Stuff very helpful and friendly
The little fridge and television didn’t work

I liked the cleanliness. The bedding and towels smelled and felt fresh like a 5 star hotel. Also, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The check in process was as easy as making a phone call. It was a near perfect stay.
Nothing. The only issue I had was the location since Cadimare is such a small town without certain conveniences such as groceries and shopping. But La Spezia is only a short bus ride away so the location is not a huge deal, just a small inconvenience.

The location is very nice, hidden in the and not in the Main Street, therefore very quiet. Interior is very modern, beautiful.
There were a few comments that it’s very hot, but we can’t comment on that because we stayed in autumn.
Not a big thing, but it would be great if the owner told me the first thing to come to the bar to get the keys

IT was near L’Spezia and the little town surrounders was cozy. the decoration was good as well.
the room was extremely hot during all day. we were not able to sleep. they only provided us a ventilator which was not enough to survive.
the room was in a thirth floor without lift and it was hard to carry on out laggage.

location is very good, though be ready to climb some stairs. parking is nearby. friendly staff.
little space, broken sockets, only one side lamp worked.

There is a free parking next to the appartment, so it’s comfortable if you travel by car. It has a good price.
The room walls are really dirty, not super clean. There is no air conditioner so it’s really hot in summer. The windows are small so it’s a dark room.

The port is away from the center city of La Spezia and we had a nice time there. Nice room, quiet and easy to find. We had a good time eating pizza in the street near the hotel. Good place for a short stay.
The refrigerator in our room was old and not too big. The door on the balcony was broken and you could kind of open it, but it was clanky. There were no mosquito nets, so we were bitten a lot in the night.

Bed not very comfortable

Staff very friendly
Room is spacious and clean
Parking lot is free, easily available, next to where you stay.
If you choose this place as a base to visit Porto Venere you can take:
- a ferry (there were two available, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon)
- a bus (too crowded during the day, but less in the evening) around 10pm the last one to LaSpezia
- a taxi (expensive €40 one way)
To keep in mind that stairs can be very steep. So for people with physical problems that can be an issue to be aware of.

Located in a small city with Harbour.
Nice period house.
The balcony is really small.
The room is nog big enough for 3 people. For us that's no problem but they also rent it out for 3.
The room is very dark.

Bus station for Portovenere and La Spezia is 3 minute from apartment. Nice, calm city. Owner is very friendly, he has also bar with very good coffee.
