Affordable stay

Affordable and with complete kitchen items

The family room was outside of the gated area. We are facing the street, which is not safe for the kids.

It was a great stay. They are very accommodating. Accommodation is nice and clean.

the room is very clean. i like the temperature of their water. They have a huge common kitchen and laundry area. There's an area where you can just chill or work right outside your unit. The assistants are very accommodating.The pool is also huge. The location is near to the main attraction or near to boulevard. Everything is accessible.

Excellent place to stay in Dumaguete. Great value.

Great location and the pool and facilities are excellent. The third floor rooms have access to a kitchen and washing machine. Room is nice and AC is excellent.

Lots of local noise from dogs and road but hotel cannot control that.

Best value location in Dumaguete.

Excellent, central location. Nice pool. Wonderful and effective AC that you can set to your preferred temperature. Kitchen area so you can cook if you wish. Washing machine that guests can use. Truly wonderful staff. Best value of any of 10+ places I have stayed in the Philippines.

The hotel is on a busy street and it is noisy especially during rush hour. But almost everywhere in the Philippines has road, rooster, dog etc noise so it really did not bother me. If noise bothers you, bring earplugs.

I came to check the room. It smelled like cigarettes and i couldnt let my kids sleep there. Owner said he would approve my cancellation amd waive the fee but collected and kept the payment anyway

Very good

It had a pool, which is great if you have a day with nothing planned.😆 It was clean and the aircon was cold. Lots of extended stay renters, so you know it's value for money. Wifi was good.

Tricycle drivers will sometimes overcharge you because it's a bit far from the main blvd. It's ok once or twice, but it'll add up if you don't know how much it should cost.

Pool area.

Not a place for me. I like tranquility. Extra heavy traffic like 50 vehicles passing a minute causing extreme noise. No soundproofing. Roosters at 3:30am for an hour followed by all the neighbors dog.

it is located in the city & has a Pool and has very very cold aircon

the smell that seems so old and the wifi has no connection. I hope the owner Will do something on this

I'm a light sleeper so it was a bit noisey being next to road but most people would be fine.

it’s a great experience! We will visit again!

Our rooms are well kept, clean and spacious. The property offers the use of the whole kitchen and laundry. Great idea if your saving money. The management and staff are friendly and accommodating.

The units were furnished (stove,microwave, cooking pans, even plates and utensils)so if you're looking for somewhere to stay with your family or friends and want to save on meals, you dont need to bring cooking stuff. Great that it has a pool so kids can enjoy. Location was close to center

small dogs kept in a small cage. Inhuman should not be allowed dogs yapped almost all the time
