There is nothing i do not like.

Personnel gentil .

close to my grandparents house
staff was efficient and friendly
Very low water pressure from shower that we had to ask and use pail and dipper
Ants all over the room
Aircon not cooling the room had to use fan with the aircon
Rubbish was not collected our entire stay (stayed for 8 days), had to take out rubbish and ask for new bin liners
Room was not cleaned during our entire stay and towels was not replaced, though was stated they clean and change towels every 3 days. Staff was quick to provide towels when requested though.
Complaint of ants all over room was not addressed immediately and had to request room change.
Last room used was not properly cleaned prior to check in, old and used soap and a bottle of shampoo was left in the shower, no toilet paper was provided.

Very clean with very friendly staff. Very handy for Ace Doctors and good restaurants nearby.

what I love about the place is the property is very clean and staff is accommodating.
Everything you see on their page is what you get when you arrived there.
the bed that's good for 2 is a bit small considering that all are adults but just a small matter anyway. Also, the Town or Area where this property is at is Claytown so make sure to pin the whole name of the property.

Aircon.
No kettle no hot water no fridge, poor internet connection, millions of ants in the room. A lizard in the room. Uncommunicative staff. Toilet problems with the cistern.

Claytown is my ultimate favorite guest house ever. The staff have assisted me with the everything possible. They exemplify the highest standards of hotel hospitality. And their little boy shines with all the love and positive attention he receives from his remarkable parents.
There are good restaurants within walking distance. And a fruit and vegetable market and a small grocery store.
It's a little outside of the city. But there's always tricycle taxis on the road.

The room smells clean, it's really clean indeed. I also like the concept that they have plants at the center of their establishment and what I also like there is I can find peace while staying there, no vehicular noise, only the sound of trees, birds and wind.
I would like to suggest if you can display the cups/mugs in the coffee area so we don't have to wait for the staff to arrive to give us the cups. Or if you may, please provide cups/mugs per room and the guest must be liable in cleaning it after use or if damaged, they will be charged for the damaged incurred.

The place is nice and affordable to crash in. The staff are friendly. It has free coffee.
The shower head and bidet sprayer wasn't fully spraying. I think it needs a little cleaning. sometimes there are no staff at the reception area so you have to wait a little.

Booked half an hour before we arrived, but staff were expecting us and were welcoming. Room was nice and spacious, hot water, air con good, beds comfy. Staff made a good recommendation to spend a day at Forest Camp in nearby Valencia which was a lovely day out in tropical gardens with bathing pools fed by a river.
Nothing

It was one of the best experience at Negros. Calm place, free coffee, perfect staff, strong wifi signal, pretty nurses in a hospital nearby.

The family that owns the hotel are lovely and very welcoming. They helped with finding tourist information and gave us a very nice herbal tea when we arrived. They stayed chatty and easy-going throughout our stay and were always on hand to help. We actually stayed an extra night 👍🏼
Nothing, this place is exactly what it says on the advert and the people make it even better.
